Go somewhere else!!! I was at this park for over a year and in that time; I had someone pounding on my door at 3AM looking for the managers son, the camper next to me pounding on my door at MIDNIGHT to move me car (which was not in their way) so they could leave the lot, and some middle aged dude just try to walk on up inside, called the cops on multiple occasions for these. The lot itself has potholes that will pop a tire, they are uneven, horrible. Had neighbors that were playing music ALL HOURS of the night. They also changed the billing from all included to paying my electricity WITHOUT telling me. The managers can do whatever they want and heaven forbid your tire touches the “grass”, its mud, you will be told to move. This place is HORRIBLE. Go 5 miles down the road and you will find a GATED, PAVED, super nice RV park.

Im in my rv for business so I can't rate the room...but my room is GREAT! The staff (Tiffany) is great, she's polite respectful and helpful. The check in process was painless and speedy. The location is convenient to everything and the highway. The Hard Rock casino is just across the highway you can see all the lights and live billboard, its pretty cool. The parking is a bit crowded and the pavement has pot holes you need to watch for. The pavement is supposed to be repaired soon so that shouldn't be an issue any longer. The price is ok for the convenient location $550 monthly plus electric. Over all a good experience!! I'd stay again ♡

Overall it's well managed and they work to help resolve issues in a timely manner. The parking spots aren't level, like not even close to level, which makes a lot of things difficult. Also, apparently people can't tell the lots are angled because I saw a lot of people parked nearly sideways in the space. Overall, I had a good experience here, but bring a lot of blocks and your own Wi-Fi.

We booked online for one night. We arrived after dark. We were in the pull through site, easy in easy out. Close to the casino, Walmart, gas stations, and the highway. I however, could not find the bathrooms. I found the building but no lights or signs directing to what the doors were for.

This of course is an RV park, but I was driving my EV and just looking for a safe place to park and sleep in my car. The owner was kind enough to let me stay the night. As it turned out there was an issue with my browser so I couldn’t complete the reservation on the screen. This was not a problem the owner simply completed it for me

I've been here at tulsa rv park for awhile. Allen and Tammy are the new owners. I'm a long term resident and I work nearby. As the new owners they have been making new improvements, and are very nice people. I look forward to being here for a long time. Location is in the city so can be noisy by the highway, but you are close to everything including the Hard Rock casino. We have a little playground and a small dog park which is nice. Also laundry on site as well.

This is a nice place to say . The location is great, It’s close to I 44, where you can access wherever you need to go quick and easy. Close to the casino Walmart, the pet store and many other shopping and restaurants. The Lynn Lane reservoir is just up the road about 2 miles if you want a nice stroll with a gorgeous view. We have had no issues at all to complain about. It’s safe, clean, has a children’s playground and nice dog park. The owners are really nice people and care about the place, they are definitely putting a lot of love into it. Stayed here twice so far overall about 4 months, and will again.

We have been here at Tulsa Rv park for 3 months. It is quiet, clean and nice. The owner is a really great, service is top notch. We feel safe staying here! We appreciate the privacy and safe feeling while staying here. If you’re looking for long term stay or just a night or two, we would highly recommend Tulsa RV park. They have very nice amenities here on site and within walking distance is just about anything you could need or want and such easy access to I44. We’d like to express a big THANK YOU to the owner here for providing such an affordable and nice park!

We will never stay here again! The staff is very friendly and helpful and on their own deserve 5 stars. However the park deserves zero. When it rains, (which it did for3 days of our stay), the park becomes like a swamp. My biggest complaint, (which we did send message to management), was ROACHES. We were in a new trailer and parked between, what appeared to be long term renters. Came back to our trailer on day 3 to discover Roaches. Also we found the septic to be to high, so when we emptied our tanks we had to go out and lift to hose to get them to completely drain, we noticed our neighbors were doing the same thing. We were there for the loss of a loved one and the stress of dealing with all this too was overwhelming.

We dont actually have a RV here but we work on some there and everyone seems extremely nice. Location is very convenient and across the road from the Hard Rock. The gentlemen working in the office is always friendly. Place is kept well.

Nice park!! Friendly staff. We stopped in for a night on our way through. They were able to squeeze us in and take care of us. It was fairly quiet and we felt safe.

Left here 05/31/21, after spending 2 weeks. In my opinion, charge too much for what you get. It is on the location of a failed bar, which is still standing but gutted. Pads were narrow and broken up asphalt, water connections are at ground level almost flexible not rigid and sewage connections are, at least one foot, above ground level. Small grass strips, 3 to 4 feet wide between asphalt pads.Extremely muddy when it rains. Most occupants, although not " long term " are month to month. We often had late night arrivals backing in next to us, all sites are back-ins with no lighting. There is a severe need to repave the roads in the park. Lastly, park rules need to be distributed and enforced. We had a girls softball team come in 3 days ago and every night some parents would congregate with others at space # 1. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8am, inebriated and loud, when they returned to the park, it was a rule they violated nightly, once to 12:45 am. Larry, the park host, is the best thing Hall of Fame has going for it.
