Great place to rent from. Me and my wife have been with them for a little over a year and they are great. They care about us and helped people out in times of need like when everyone was quarantined last year they brought food boxes for the tenets out in woodlawn. Great place would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

It takes months for them to fix things. Roach infested . If something breaks down they want you to pay to fix it. Worse rental ever !! Needs to be reported.

Me and my wife called them about a trailer said it would be ready in 3 weeks we go up there yesterday to do the application fee and fill it out it was 60 bucks for both of us no big deal get the fee well my wife calls them today about the place and if we was approved just to find out they had someone already approved for the same exact place as we went in yesterday to do the application for so instead of saying anything they took the 60 dollars and said we can't help you if you new the place was taken already why would u take someones money that is double dipping which is bull the person tht did this is name is Travis it is his son they are thief's and liars don't go see them

Absolutely one of the best landlords I had ever had, they all treated me really well and made sure I was taken care of. I truly miss renting from hammer rentals only left due to my mom being sick with cancer and I had to move in with her and my stepdad until she got well. Hammer has wonderful staff and over all a wonderful person to rent from.
