Spent 1 week at Happy Acres late April 2021 @ $165.00. Happy Acres is built on the side of a hill. The very nice owners have made it a tri-level RV park with full hook-ups at all sites. Each site is a gravel base and very level. The water pressure is at 50 psi and the sewer connections (on the lower level) do not have a female connection to screw into. But it works. I could not receive any OTA TV stations. The free Wi-Fi was the best free Wi-Fi I’ve ever experienced. The slowest speeds I received was around 20 Mbps and the fastest was 45 Mbps. There would be no obstructions for satellite as there are very few trees. 2 washers/2 driers along with 2 showers are available and clean. $1.75 wash & $1.25 dry. The park is big rig friendly, but just barely. No picnic tables/fire ring supplied. The park is very close to highway 65 which makes a lot of road noise. The park was mostly filled with long term residence however no barking dogs and the children stayed at their site. There is a small lake on property within walking distance. This lake afforded a pretty view. The park is very close to town.

This is our first week here and I'm excited about how nice the park is and how kind the people are. Our second night here our neighbors brought us cups of chili and welcomed us to the neighborhood/community. The owners are kind and care greatly about the quality and safety of the park. The washhouse is gorgeous - the machines are affordable and in good quality; the showers are nice; the water is nice and hot; and there's tv and wifi available in the building. There's wifi for the park - it's currently only available for part of the park, but it's got great quality where it's available and they're working on extending the coverage area. So far, this has been a really awesome experience that has been better than the times I've rented apartments or owned my own home.
