Happy Horseshoe Campground is an AMAZING Family owned campground! You become Family on your first visit. Everyone is super friendly, the entire campground is neat as a pin including the bathrooms, pool and all the facilities. Great rates, with :group supper" offered on Saturdays. The below ground pit cooked baked beans are incredible!

Great friendly hosts, Buster and Judy, are always happy to help out. We have been seasonal here for the last 2 years and find our large site in the pines very comfortable and have made some great friends in our little community. Even when we just came up for occasional weekends in past years we always found everyone to be very friendly and were invited to take part in neighborhood get togethers. mostly a more mature crowd and even on Saturday nights thing start to quiet down by 9:00. I would highly recommend this campground to retired folks who will find a lot in common with other guests. drawbacks are that most sites only have electric and water but no disposal hookups. No problem for weekend warriors because they have 2 easily accessible dump stations and for weekly campers Buster pumps out every Monday for a small fee. Also the prices for seasonal are the best around this area. They also have a nicely maintained pool, rec hall and play are for kids. Holiday weekend always have Saturday night entertainment and the local snowmobile club hosts a fantastic Sunday chicken BBQ on site. Be sure to try Busters bean hole bean supper every Saturday night.
