Not safe for families. I drove through here earlier today and checked out the spot we were looking at online. As we were leaving (my kids were in the car), some guy and his chic started chasing us down by foot, he started throwing his hands in the air, hollering, and then started taking pics of my vehicle. I didn't stop and got out of there. While talking with neighboring businesses about it, they said that's the manager and that he's very aggressive with people and is also (Insert a few choice words). They also said he has multiple hunting buddies camped out there and that they get to drinking together and get aggressive with people and have pulled guns on people. We decided to go elsewhere as we deemed it unsafe for our children. RE to the RE: I didn't think 10 mph was fast. I never said threats were made. And yes, the manager and along with a woman came at me as I described, throwing their hands up at me and hollering something. It was aggressive and certainly was not welcoming. I wasn't aware that people aren't allowed to look at the sites ahead of time. As far as 2nd hand info, multiple people have left due to guns being pulled on them and police records show that. I also have dashcam footage of your managers aggressive approach. So again, we felt that your place was not safe for our children to be at, based off of your managers actions only. Maybe in the future, tell him to approach people with a wave and calm voice, instead of the aggressive manner that you clearly support. Sounds like we made the right choice in going to Sedalia because you obviously do not care about your guests and potential guests or how they're treated!

Full hookups. Solid Wi-Fi. Pet friendly. No bath house, no swimming pool, no playground, no shade, no nonsense. Good communication from ownership. Level sites. Reasonable rates for longer-term stays. Book early.

Was interested in parking there for a couple months while I finish my house. $460 a month? Are you kidding? It’s Marshall. There isn’t anything to see there.

Basic camping spot but just what you need sometimes. There was a storm and we lost our power. Owner had it back up and running about 15 min later and was very pleasant on the phone at 1130pm.

Full hookups included but the sewer is elevated above your rig at several sites. That's a no-no. There is also zero protection from the sun at most of their narrow sites. Not the worst place to stay but I'd recommend a rest area and boondocking instead.

We had travel problems on fifth wheel- we were tried and not familiar With the area. But I Googled to find a campground. Amy was so helpful, we were so relieved that even though were still waiting for roadside service that we had a place to park and sleep once we were back on the road. Amy was so helpful and kind. We were even happier when we found we needed an extra Night and that wasn’t a problem. Also had a problem with electric when we arrived at 10:30 Pm but it was fixed within minutes of calling. Thanks so much for your kindness!

Owners spent money to build large sites, water and electrical connections. But the job is not finished, no fence or plants around campground. Grass coming through gravel,... Looks more like a sophisticated parking area without surveillance than a campground. Good for a night stay on a road trip.
