Restroom area and shower area were dirty. Women's Restroom area was shut down almost 3 weeks without any noticed reason. Clubhouse was dirty and very outdated couldn't do anything there to enjoy our trip. Needs to be updated along with gravel in the rented spaces and roads. It rains and looks like rivers in this park. Everything is pretty much outdated or dirty. To add a follow up ED always has a excuse or gives you the wrong answers. I talked to two of his maintenance men and both told me that the women's restroom had one issue with just one toliet flange that goes in the floor was leaking. Was no reason to shut the entire restroom down. I didn't like the fact when Ed told us that Kim could use the men's restroom if I kept guard so she could shower then he just walks in there one day will I was at the door and comes in with my wife still in that restroom. What a jerk. I recommend do not stay there the rivers flow through there very heavy when it rains there. They have leash laws for the people staying there but Ed does not abide by it he lets his dog run loose at the resort.

Stayed for a week and I will be back the place was clean,not over crowded quiet and well managed the owner Eddie was very nice to do business with aand the rates are reasonable

My husband and i had a bad experiance at happy together rv park in mohave valley az. We moved into a site there oct 1st 2022.  The owner Ed told us the site was 65x40 and charged 50$ more a month than the sites across from us because of its size. We stayed till april 1 of 2023 but left our 5th wheel in the space for 6 months on a storage fee.  We had a shed in our space that Ed measured 40 ft from the electric post to show where we could put it before we had it put in place.  We didnt need more room than 40 ft so we were satisfied with 40x40.  the park map didnt show the site number next to us and the measurement from elec post to elec post was 65 ft exactly. There was no way the site was 65 ft deep.  We had a 35 ft fifth wheel which was to the road and only 10 ft open to our rear. theres no way the site was 65 deep. About 4 weeks before we were to return to the park for our 6 months stay...  Ed called our home and informed us he was going to move our shed 5 ft over toward our 5th wheel so he could place a shed/cabin in the site next to us.  We told him no, to wait till we arrive because the shed was completely full.  He refused to accept no for an answer and said he was having professionals do it.  When we arrived in oct of 2023 the shed had not been moved because the mover refused to take the liability chance. Nothing more was said until the 1st week in nov 2023 after we had paid rent for the entire month of nov. Ed insisted we had to move the shed, our turf, our side by side on the turf and our flat bed trailer also on our turf, so he could place that cabin.  We told him no.  This was our site we are paying rent for.  He refused to decrease our rent if he made us move it and insisted it had to be done.  We told him we were paid up until dec 1st. We gave our notice to leave the park by the end of nov.  He continued to harrass us demanding we move things and we cont to refuse.  He told me twice i was a bad person.  He sent two hostile emails to us harrassing us.  We left nov 25th to end the harrassment. Upon leaving the owners wife said....  have a nice life!!! Please beware... this park is not good. The owner is dishonest.  We arent the only disgruntled patrons who have left.

This was our first time being snowbirds and what a great experience we've had!! We only planned on staying for a month, but extended it to two months! The owner Ed, is amazing! He's like the Energizer Bunny, always going. He, along with John the maintenance man, keeps the property in excellent shape and knows not only everyone by name, but the dog's names too. The showers and restrooms, along with the laundry room are super clean. He has made this whole new experience so pleasant for us. We're already talking about returning next year!!! If you're considering this park, don't hesitate a minute. You'll be glad you chose Happy Together RV Park!! Kenny, myself and our Rosie will miss you Ed!!

Love this RV park! The owners Ed and his gracious wife, along with the maintenance man Richard, made our season long stay so pleasant that we will most definitely return. The park is among the cleanest and well maintained of any park we have been at. Lot sizes are generous, and are quite reasonably priced. Pets are well accommodated, with a large, clean play enclosure, with seating outside of the fence for the owners to view their pet. Calendars are set up with events, i.e karaoke, dinners, cards, bonfires ect., during the busy season. You will also feel quite protected at this park with it’s security gates and gated grounds. Which doesn’t distract from the beautiful landscaping. We met many wonderful people during our stay and look forward to our return.

We're only here for a week, but it's very well maintained. The showers, laundry and Club House are immaculate. The Owner and his yard Manager are very kind.

Enjoyed our 3 month stay at Happy Together Resort this is my third year and it keeping getting better. We met a number of new good friends whom we stay in contact with and hope to see this summer. I kind lady baked me 2 dozen peanut butter cookies how nice is that. We all become friends. The owners Ed and Amy take special care of their renters and treat them like family. I have nothing bad to say about them. I would highly recommend this park for 55 and older. I thank them for the fun gatherings, bingo, karaoke nights fun, fun, fun. Thank you Ed and Amy owners.

I have nothing but good memories to take with us!!! Owners are very nice and extremely accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the park and would definitely come back if ever in this area! Nice laundry area and clean restrooms!! Thank you for making our visit so comfortable Ed and Amy you are the best!!!

RV Park is nice enough, however management is merciless. If you have to stay here have a back up plan as he is known for kicking multiple people out without much notice. If you’re traveling for work and not 55+ do not consider coming here for any extended period of time as you will be under a microscope. And whatever you do, if you feel unsafe at any time do not call law enforcement as you will be kicked out for speaking with the police and making everyone else uncomfortable. I have traveled around the states as a nurse for years and my husband is an army veteran and we’ve never had an experience like this.
