From your site, you are within easy walking distance of the harbor, where you can watch the commercial fishing fleet or catch a glimpse of local sea otters playing in the marina. The park sits in the heart of the action, surrounded by the salty sea air and views of the iconic Morro Rock rising from the Pacific horizon.

Each site includes full hookups with 30 and 50-amp electrical service, along with water, sewer, and cable television connections. Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
Staying here puts you at the gateway to some of California’s most scenic landmarks. You can take a short stroll to visit Morro Bay State Park or spend an afternoon browsing the local art galleries and seafood markets. Popular activities include kayaking in the bay, bird watching, and hiking the local coastal trails.

I lived here for 6 months, they did not give me a 30 day notice to move out.. instead it was 13 days. The person who runs this place is a very fake person and screwed us over in the end. I would not reccomend wasting your time with Harborview. Not to mention that the shower was filthy and the wifi would barely ever work for our tv.

We stay in a 25 ft trailer and it fit just fine. Clean, and quite spacious. Full hook-up with free WiFi. Clean restroom/shower ($0.25) Bring your quarters. Patio table and chairs. I don't have a pet, but I see its pet friendly. People are nice and quite friendly especially the staff. A very welcoming and quiet place to stay. Close to all the amenities. Grocery, post office, library, restaurants, the beach and down town shops. So fortunate we found this place. We're gonna stay awhile.
