I cannot say enough about the level of hospitality that the wonderful people of Harbour Lights. My 8 year old daughter and I and our little dog Bailey, stayed here for 2 nights in July. We were greeted happily on day one with ice cream sandwiches and accommodated with a beautiful site equipped with power and water. We have an old little Holiday trailer that is professionally finished whereas everyone else had beautiful, newer trailers. We were treated as equals and not once did we feel out of place. When we went to leave, after two nights, we were told they were only charging us for one night. Not sure if they felt sorry for us but in all honesty, we were on a very tight budget and it sure helped! We were also given a pint of blueberries and a box of Girl Guide cookies when we left. If we ever come back to Nova Scotia, we would definitely stay here again. They also have a beautiful beach where we were able to see hermit crabs, crabs and even a seal.

We are travelling across Canada from BC and stayed one night as we needed to be close to the Northumberland Ferry terminal. What started as a functional stay, turned out to be one of the best campgrounds on our trip so far. Right from the start, the owner at check-in was super friendly and gave us a beautiful spot on the water. He also went out of his way to accommodate us with a few other needs. If we didn’t have a reservation on the ferry for the next day, we would have stayed longer as it was so peaceful. Great staff and good facilities made for an extremely enjoyable stay.

We found this campground while surfing Google And WOW! Stayed 11 days of pure happiness. We were near averything we wanted to see. Owner is soooo nice! We were welcome with blueberries and while unpacking he brought us 2 large pizza! Isn’t that the nicest thought! Access to a beautiful beach. Pool. Everything was just spot on perfect!
