We started our rental June 23 and moved in a few days later. We sold our home and this was temporary until we closed on our land. When we signed the rental we were going to do month to month, but we were told to go ahead and do until the end of October so we wouldn’t have to move spots. We were assured that if we ended up leaving before then, that as long as we gave 14days notice we would not owe anything. Our monthly rentals ran from the 23rd of the month to the 23rd per our invoices. We gave notice on October 2 that we would be moving out by Oct 5. We ended up leaving Oct. 4. We were told we would not get a refund, even with the 14days notice. But that was ok, we were not going to argue that. So our rental should have ended Oct 23. When I asked about our deposit refund we were told it was refunded, but would take a few days. When I followed up days later they stated our balance ate of the refund. Come to find out they charged us for Oct 23-Oct 31 another $117, even though we have 14days notice before end of our rental month. So our last electric was $17.88 which they charged us for. They then refunded the $17.88, charged us another $15.08 for idk what so that with all these charges they didnt owe us the $150 deposit refund. I emailed and spoke to Becky who said there was nothing she could do that was policy. When I told her what we were told when we moved in she said “well she was new”. So how is that my fault. Not to mention in the 3mths we were there it was mowed twice. We mowed our spot and our neighbors spot as well as putting out ant poison. Also the washers and dryers were always broke and gross. They then started charging for use. They pick and choose what rules they want to follow and make changes to them when they want. They like to point out policies until you ask them to show you where it states that. It seems Becky is the only person you can talk to.

It took me a few months to write this review. My truck was stolen in this parking one test ago. We asked Becky if she could help us with the security cameras, she never did, they didn't work. In addition, we had no way to move our RV, she told us that we had to change spots, having more available she needed exactly ours, which we had already been renting for more than 6 months, we made the decision to leave the place and she charged us for moving early when she almost forced us to do it. My English is bad and I don't know if she has a problem with Latinos or in general she is hostile with everyone… Good things from the parking free washing machines, bad things Becky,no security and ants ants ants ants ants!

I lived here for a year and a half and enjoyed the park very much. This is a GREAT park. It is well maintained, quiet, and has laundry and shower facilities. I have really enjoyed my time here. It's convenient to TAMU.

Awesome location, my Son is staying here while attending A&M Texas University. Very Clean and extremely quiet grounds. They have additional restroom with full showers and complimentary washer and dryers. I'm very happy he was able to get a space.

We stayed at Hardy's Landing for close to four months and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's in the country so we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and peace and quiet. The lots are not right on top of each other so we felt very comfortable with our space. There's even space in the lot for our vehicle. My experience with Hardy's Landing was wonderful from the beginning, when I spoke with the manager, Becky; through the good communication of details for our arrival; and when it was time for us to leave. I always felt safe at the park. The grounds were kept clean and tidy as were the bathrooms, showers and laundry room. My son enjoyed fishing in the pond. It was a much needed peaceful experience for my family.

Quiet & Peaceful. Excellent helpful employees. Free laundry. Close to town but not to close 😉....

Very nice, new park. Beautiful showers, nice laundry. The sites are spacious, level. Just far enough away from the city for quiet but close enough for anything you might need. We spent three nights and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Nice place. Great location. A few miles out in the country off the highway so you're not in the middle of a city's mess. We were in a back-in spot as far from the road as we could get. Power, and sewer were fine. Water pressure was pretty low. Maybe 35? The restrooms and laundry were spotless and well maintained. WiFi was pretty bad in our spot. Most of the plentiful antennas point inward and we were kinda on the outside of the "circle" they formed. The two little dog runs were OK. About 10x20 with a gate, grass and dirt. The grass areas were more or less pasture grass that had been mowed. Although I get rustic charm and all, it would have been nice to have some well maintained lawn grass (or fake). All in all, Hardy's Landing didn't rock my world, but it was a nice, quiet place and we would definitely consider them again for future trips.

My husband and I were in town for the BCS half marathon and marathon. So we decided to camp out in our travel trailer. We were looking for an RV park that was close enough to the start line but also not near the city- my husband said to find something out in the country. Doing a google search I came upon this RV Park and boy it did not disappoint. Since we are new with our 29 foot travel trailer we decided to practice with a back in site. We choose site 107 based off their map because the back window of our trailer would overlook the pond they have. The site wasn't bad except for the following: there is an electrical box on the side of the road across from the site that made us beginner's having problems backing into the site and than even though there was not a lot of traffic you could still hear the cars at night from the road. Though the views made up for it for sure. The bathhouse seemed new, as the whole park seemed new. So they were in really good condition and enjoyed using them. They also had a small game room with a TV and games in there as well. You could also just sit by the pond from the main building because they provided some chairs as well. Very quiet and very country like setting. Would recommended for anyone that wants to get away from it all for a weekend. Also, the sites are gravel not concrete but that really didn't bother us.
