This trip was a bit of a mixed bag and most of it had to do with trying to deal with this resort. On one hand, the location was absolutely stunning nice relaxed great access to the lake and the RV spots were well kept and nice. It seemed obvious that this location was recently individually owned, but has now been purchased by a larger corporation. And the experience dealing with booking or communication was really tough. They were low staff, and so there was only one guy who seemed to be working all day and all night. I don’t recall his name, but he was very attentive when he could be found, and he did a fabulous job… But he needed a lot more help for a full campground of vacationers. They allow you to rent pontoon boats, and our group did that one day but it was a mess trying to figure out if they had a reservation or not which boat we were gonna take if the boat would start and more. I would skip the pontoon boat the next time. would I visit this place again? If their customer service and communication got fixed, the answer would be an instant yes. But because of the way, the corporation is running the location, we probably will skip this location next time. This would be a one star if it wasn’t for how beautiful the location was as well as the one employee who was trying his damnedest to make sure we were all taken care of.

Absolutely a hidden gem! Camp host (Mark) was very friendly and always busy making sure things clean. Sites are beautiful and well taken care of. Love the dog run (thank you!) and even on weekend it wasn’t crazy. If looking for more quiet stay near lake but even the spaces across street are level and nice. Pool closed for repairs and office not open much but didn’t need it. We would stay longer for sure and will be back!

One of the most beautiful parks I've ever visited. The staff has not always been great, as we've had 3 managers come and go between November and August, although Mark and Cheryl Ann have been most accommodating and helpful since they've been at Harmony. The park looks better than it has in months! We were recently affected by a break in a water line and the crew had it repaired and the water turned back on within an hour! Awesome place with awesome caretakers! A big shout out to Mark and Cheryl Ann - your work is noticed and appreciated!

We stayed at this property once before, back in June, and absolutely loved it. I recently came across some comments online mentioning a change in ownership and a few frustrations, so I wanted to share our recent experience—because the new owners have truly been fantastic. We’ve got a family trip coming up in a few weeks, and I had previously arranged a pontoon boat rental under the old management (which was just an email - not an actual confirmation). That reservation was lost during the transition, unsurprisingly. I called the office to sort things out, and the woman I spoke to (wish I’d gotten her name!) was an absolute gem. She quickly helped me book and made the whole process easy and stress-free—plus, she was incredibly kind and professional. If you had a less-than-great experience during the changeover, I really encourage you to give this place another shot. It’s still the same wonderful property we fell in love with—and now with ownership that’s a gem in its own right!

We have been coming here for 10 years and been seasonal residents for the last 4. It is a beautiful park in a great location on Mayfield Lake but it definitely took a turn for the worse after it was bought by RV Inn Style Resorts. For some reason the corporate office doesn't seem to have any idea of how to run a campground or cater to its customers or it's employees. We have seen multiple employees come and go because as dedicated as they might be, the corporate office doesn't support them with the resources they need to get the job done. The continual turnover of staff has had a very negative impact on the condition of the park and is well reflected in many of the negative reviews. Hopefully all of that will change. There is a couple of new on-site managers, Marc and Cheryl Ann, as well as a new office worker, Kyle, who seem to be truly vested in making the place better. Marc has been hard at work trying to get ahead on the long list of maintenance tasks that have accumulated due to the constant staff turnover. We truly hope he is here to stay to provide badly needed continuity and consistency to the job. The job is big however and he could really use an assistant to get ahead. Kyle is very new but also seems ready to dig in and be the smiling and capable face that greets campers and attends to their needs on a daily basis. Our plea to corporate is to keep these folks here and give them the resources they need to keep the harmony in Harmony!
