This place is great! Beautiful setting, amazing staff, some great amenities, and really all that you could ask for. The sites are snug, but you don't feel like you're sitting on top of your neighbors - so it's a good balance! We came with a 36ft bumper-pull and were able to navigate just fine. Road in is pretty windy, but it's worth the drive! Amazing place! We'll be back!

Amazing campground! From the staff to the grounds, the walking trails, the activities for the kids, the well stocked camp store, the golf cart delivered PIZZA……but most of all the quality of care we were shown this year (9/2025). We stay at this campground for my daughter’s birthday every year and this year the staff went above and beyond. My parents told the staff it was my daughter’s birthday and asked when the hay ride was, they said that it was closed. But, they opened it back up for her as a surprise. They not only opened it, they picked us up at our site and drove us around twice! On our adventure every campsite was yelling “HAPPY BIRTHDAY”!! It was so special! They told everyone checking in what was happening and so many people participated. It was so magical. That was the best surprise ever! This place is amazing, the staff is amazing! Thank you!! We will always remember this 🥰

A delightful campground in a secluded woods. It is beautiful and charming. The bath house is spotless as is the campstore, laundry and buildings. It was decorated for Halloween, and couldn't be more cute. They offered numerous activities, and even a great pancake breakfast. The staff are friendly, helpful, and so nice! We loved it, and hope to return.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The bathrooms were clean, which I really appreciated. The campground has a lot of trees, which makes it shady; however, if you're bringing in a big rig, be mindful of the trees. There are chickens on site towards the back of the campground, and they can be noisy clucking and squawking at times. Location is good for exploring the area. We visited the Route 11 potato chip factory and Shenandoah Caverns. There are a few flea markets within a 20-minute drive, and an easy drive to JMU. Overall, a pleasant stay.

What a pleasant stay! Everyone from staff to fellow campers were all so friendly and just seemed happy to be there. The whole campground is super clean and I love that they have samples of soaps and lotions that they sell in the shop available to try in the bathroom. The small personal pizzas tasted great and my kids loved playing disc golf. Such a great experience for our overnight stay
