I'd like to say i only rate this place 3 due to a switch in management. When I first moved in I felt unwelcomed. Till I got to know management and they get to know who I am. Ouida became not only the manager of our park but someone I felt safe with. I understand this is a business to some but to those of us who live here, it's our home. Yea there were times of struggle where we needed a few extra days to make rent. But we always did. That was a guarantee. We didn't stress on notes left on our door because management was easy to communicate with. Not so much anymore. It's now a business and no longer home to some of us now that our park 'mom' is no longer here. She once told me to find God. So ouida if your reading this. I'm still looking....... but thank you for your kindness and patience with some of us. The park owners obviously don't know the asset they allowed to slip through their fingers. You will be missed. Thank you again for taking even a small change on me.

Cute, clean, well taken care of mobile home park. Visitor parking can be a little tricky and Google maps doesn't go to the right house so make sure to check on the map near the front

🙏 it's a wonderful place my mom loves it it's so quiet and peaceful. The only bad part is that the Landscaping people in some parts they do good and some parts they don't it's so dry and terrible😡😱😡😨

Light it Up

The absolute worst management I have ever had the miserable chance to meet. The lady is rude and out of line. From what I hear it’s the parks fault houses are needing astronomical repair because they were to lazy and money hungry to lay the land down properly for homes to be placed. The streets are riddled with damage from trees- so if you look close enough you can see what it must be doing to some people’s homes. I wouldn’t be paid to have to deal with the shriveled up old lady who calls herself the manager and realitor. To the owners- fire her before she has you go broke from the lawsuits I’m sure are coming your way.
