This RV park was great. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Easy off and on the highway 20, 30, 50 amp service at each location. Water and sewer are each location Concrete parking pads = easy to level Club house with: Coin Laundry room Outdoor Pool Pool table Shuffle board table Gym room Nice Showers and spacious bathrooms Beautiful views. Free WiFi Picnic tables at each location. Cons: Little to no shaded spots Further the water and from town but still close. Overall very happy we stayed here. I reserved a spot through the phone. They had room even on Father’s Day weekend. See my pictures for more details.

We came in the off season of the year and it was very hot and windy. This park rv sites are at a 45 degree angle and located down hill. The sites are concrete pads and on our drivers side rear slide would not come out due to the pad not being level. The rv park has rv's here but most come for the weekend or leave their rv at the site. The park was empty with very few people due to be summer. The park is clean and has a washer and dryers and al large rec room. There is a pool never used it. The lady at the front office was not very friendly. Need to put on smile and let the customer know all the great things about your park and the surrounding area. The sewer system is a little different and you need to get a rubber adapter to make the the hose stay in.

Park is clean and sites are adequate. We arrived on a windy day so did not notice the septic smell (lower part of park) until the next am. Be aware if you have a dog over 10 pounds, the 4x5 foot dog "Poop Pen" with dirt will not entice activity. Not a friendly park. Very disapppinting.....don't pay in advance so you have an option of leaving after your first day. "No refunds" was printed on my copy of receipt but not informed prior to payment.

I stayed 4 nights in Site #20. The sights are all cement pads with gravel side yards. The sights are wide enough to park your RV TV in the gravel next to the cement pad. The pads are level. I found with the picnic table in the gravel side yard, I'm almost sitting very near my neighbor's FHU's connections. I did not use the pool or clubhouse/showers & rest rooms. I toured every other RV park in Lake Havasu City. Unless you want to pay $115 to $165 a night Havasu Falls RV Park is the best.

This is a nice, tidy park located close to town and the state park. Sites are concrete with gravel space with picnic table and parking. Sites are quite narrow, but adequate. Sites on the south side can typically see the lake in the distance. Winter activities in the Club House. Friendly guests and staff. WI-fi was great. We were in site 101, a back-in, full hook-up site. Only 3 park models here in the park. It is almost entirely RVs.
