Beautiful, well kept, quiet RV park. The owner Michael and staff were wonderful and responsive. The park is very well taken care of, there’s elevation changes, windy roads and gives you a feeling like home. We were only planning on staying a couple of months but ended up staying almost 3 years! It was a great place to call home and would call it home again! Thank you so much Micheal and Mike for making it a great stay! Dan & Cookie

Great longer term campground. Laundry, mail and packages, propane on site, no bad actors. Some traffic noise from I35 but quick to get on and off the highway. Will stay again if I'm in the area.

My mother lives here and I am very impressed with the parks layout, landscape, and beautiful streets! Huge mature trees EVERYWHERE!!! Pricing in my opinion seems very fair from what my mom tells me. Oh and the last time we visited it was absolutely pouring down with rain and no flooding or drainage issues anywhere throughout the park!

Great people and no headache from the owners. I waited a year before making comments. I have a fifth wheel parked here for my work place when in town. Nothing special, but the place is great. Interstate traffic noise levels are high, but no issue as it becomes a background noise.

Very noisy when you have to work during the night because of mini house. Some dogs are allowed to run free well others can't and there's fleas everywhere

sucks they have a two adult minimum, was looking for a place for myself and my 9 year old daughter. place looks great like a peaceful quiet place, would have loved to stay. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

Great park, nice neighbors, fairly level and compacted RV lots, onsite propane fill, laundry, bathhouse and mailroom. This place has everything except included WiFi, that has to be purchased separate but in all it's a fantastic place to stay.

Terrible customer service! I am a travel nurse coming in town for 2-3 weeks to visit my family. He said that he will not allow me to visit even though he has several spots open. I told him that I won’t even be there a majority of the time because I’ll be at my family’s house. He didn’t care because he only wanted customers that would stay for 3 months or more.. very rude owner/ manager!!
