I want to leave a 5 star review because, while this may not be the best option for everyone the park was nice, well located, John was responsive to an issue I was having that was beyond the park’s control. There is a drag strip that is very close and you can hear those cars, probably can check their schedule to see if they are running. We actually went and saw some of that which was free and neat, totally not planned. Great flea market a mile away, Hardee’s breakfast Cracker Barrel lunch and Italian Cuisine all within a mile. I think we will be back!

We stayed about two weeks in a pull thru site, the park is clean & well maintained, the office staff were nice, the campground is lite up at night like a night time football field, luckily we had good shades on windows, there are white plastic pipes at the top of the sites depending where your location might be hard to get out of your site. There was a site not to far from us that had what we called a dog kennel 3 dogs & a cat, the cat ran free around the park. When the owners left the the dogs barked there heads off the whole time. If you like drag racing then you will love it there, at least three times a week & until 11pm at night. Bring ear plugs.

Recently stayed there for 4 nights. The park was well maintained. To us the site we were in felt too close to neighbors. Be aware there is motor raceway/dragstrip that was operating while were there and 3 of the 4 nights we were there they started there racing around 7p and were still racing past Midnight. It was extremely LOUD and their website claimed the hours ended sooner than Midnight. We felt the LOUD noise disrupted our evening rest and relaxation.

It’s 12:53am. I’m in site 17 at Hawkins Pointe RV park and can’t sleep because the weekly drag racing is full throttle; announcer and all. Last night they went until midnight. No such luck tonight. This park is mediocre at best. It’s clean, safe, and not level but lacks amenities (just dog park- I refuse to count an outdated outdoor kitchen). It took me 20 minutes to make the reservation on the phone. Wayyyyyy too long. Only stay here a night, not a week like us!

We booked a one night stay & I needed something off the interstate and needed it in this area. Pros: Easy on/off 75, easy to make a reservation & office called me to check in & check my ETA. We were running late so they emailed me the map & directions to access our site. Cons: Price seems a bit pricy for this camp ground has to offer. Now, we are self contained & have our own bathroom & washer/dryer so we don’t need those necessities but for the price the basic necessity should be provided. (My perspective) Lastly, this campground is packed like sardines with very little elbow room but the pull through sites are nice and long …. But narrow.

This is a clean self contained style park in a wonderful location. We enjoyed our stay as the staff were super friendly and helpful in us determining what to do while there. We opted for Rock City, It was gorgeous. Will stop again when traveling through. Maintenance and Towing were also available, which is a plus.

I found this park on line looking for somewhere to stay that was conveniently located near I75 to stop for a night to rest up. I wanted full hook up and a pull thru site for ease of parking in a safe location. So thankful I chose this location. Had an issue with tires a short distance in to travel day 1 and reached out Hawkins Pointe about my situation. I wasn't sure at what time we would arive or if I would make it that night at all I spoke with John who was very kind, caring and more then willing to work with me. We ended up staying another night for much needed rest and wait out the rain. Again spoke with John who was very pleasant and accommodating! Highly recommend!

If we could give 6 stars we would! This is a perfect spot for big rigs, lots of space, clean, beautiful dog park and the owners and staff are absolutely wonderful to deal with. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. They have just completed landscaping for the area we stayed in and we would love to see how it will look a year from now!

Great no frills RV park close to Chattanooga. Easy check-in. Nice staff! 4 stars only because it is a bit overpriced for what you get. They do have very nice new concrete sites too. Those sites were empty while we were there, probably due to pricing. But they did provide a Good Sam's discount. Overall though, a great place to stay if you are self contained.

Great people at Hawkins Pointe which can easily accommodate any size RV even with a stacker trailer. Full hook-ups and strong clean power. Most of the property is new including a fully furnished designer covered patio for guests. I found everything I need within 15 minutes or less, including Costco. The property was quiet at night during my three days. This is a new go-to location for me when traveling in the Chattanooga area.

We stopped here once on our way south and again on our way north. The sites are gravel, but it is firm enough to get around in a wheelchair. Our sites were not perfectly level, but similar to many others and easy to adjust for. It is quieter than many other convenient campgrounds so we slept well. The staff is very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We will stay here again.

Livestock people….this is your place!!! We travel the country going to livestock shows and this location is PERFECT for our travels. Simple, full hookups. Clean gravel driveways and sites. We are actually adding this to our very selective “must stop” list. There are so many resort type camping stops, it’s nice to have a clean spacious simple stop. No trees to contend with. The owners are super helpful and friendly. You can tell they have taken this facility to heart. We look forward to stopping every chance we get!!

On our way home from Florida we needed a spot to spend the night due to some ice/snow passing through Nashville. John treated us like old friends and put us in spot #13, it was a great spot and very quiet which made for a great nights sleep. John gave us a tour of their indoor storage facilities at it was impressive.

This was a good place to spend the night on our way to Florida. It was easy access but far enough away from the interstate so road noise was not a problem. The campground is very basic but the hookups worked well. We did have to unhook our 5th wheel to be able to get it level in Site 13.

The staff were very friendly, and the office and lobby area were very nice. The actual sites have some issues. I do not mind the gravel, I wish it were level. At $58.00 a night I should not have to drive my rear tires onto jack pads and put jack pads under the rear jacks in order to get level. We used our entire electric cord to reach the electrical plug as the hook ups were all at the very rear of the site. It is a fairly new park but I didn't see any real level sites. Additional after response I was not complaining about the electrical cord just making it known. I also carry extra power extension cord and water and sewer hose. My sole complaint was concerning the amount of slope to the site. By no stretch is the slope slight as described. I absolutely would have driven further to a different park to get a level site.
