We had the best time we go out there from time to time. I take my daddy who is 90 years old and we have so much fun fishing. Highly recommend this place. But make sure the weather is well.

Great location and the staff is so friendly. Had a real crappy day and the girls at check in were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making the end of the day so much better. They allowed me in to pick a nice site and the one they recommended by the water was is so peaceful and bonus the Harvest moon reflection off the water is amazing

We camped here on a road trip back from Iowa, and it was really easy to find/very accessible if you're not familiar with the area. We were hoping for something more secluded from the bustle of the road, and when I reserved the campground, I didn't realize how busy the road would be from the campsite. The area itself was very clean, sparkling restrooms (didn't find a shower nearby), and the campsites were close to the water and had nice coverage from the sun. Aside from the constant noise made by the freeway, it was near perfect. If you're looking for more secluded, find something farther away from the main road. We camped at the water's edge in the Loop (L-71).

Great place to camp, the host is a great guy and has his hands full. Has power hookups, water spigots to fill onboard water tank and nice clean bathrooms. The best part is Oologah right onsite for fishing and boating.

This is a beautiful campground! I had a wonderful time camping 2 nights here. The staff is so helpful and friendly and they keep the campground and bathrooms so clean! There is a walking trail that goes along the lake with beautiful views! It was a much needed peaceful weekend by the campfire at the lake. ❤️

Great camping spot!! Some spots are very unlevel front to back so have plenty of block’s and good chalks.

Great camping on a beautiful lake. Nice shower house. Many of the sites are uneven so be prepared for leveling

This is a pretty good campground for RVs and trailers. We tent camp and found the spots to be adequate but being surrounded by RVs is not much of a camping experience. Only gave it four stars because they double booked us with other campers / RV. It wasn't too big of an inconvenience since our tents would fit in a single spot.

Great campground. Lots of trees and space between camping slots. Only complaint is that most of the picnic tables (concrete) and fire pits are on the wrong side of trailer!!!!!! I think somebody was dreaming when they drew it up. Gate hosts are great!!!!!!! We camped in a 30 ft trailer and would come back

We love the Army Corps of Engineers campgrounds. They are always clean and nice and near the water! They also honor the federal parks pass, so half off camping. The camp hosts here were amazing. Lots of people fishing, and lots of people at the swimming beach. Why only 4 stars, we rolled in without reservations on a Saturday, the electric sites on the water were full up, the tent sites were on the water, but we're in a camper, so had to take a land locked site. Lots of people on the weekends and a bit of noise from nearby route 66. We slept fine thought. Very close to Oolaga, so you could pop out for anything. I would totally stay here again, but try to get reservations, especially on a weekend.
