It's a great trailer park, but the owners have sold it to become a prison, right there in Kansas City! It's bad enough, one little piece of heaven in the middle of the city is gonna be a place of living hell from now on!!! All the people that have to relocate is totally gonna be devistating to them. A lot of people are being displaced. Smdh. Gotta be out by February!!! Sad sad sad deal

The new owners totally let this place go, literally, to the rats. I feel sorry for the people who live there and now will have to find a new place to live since the owners sold it to the county.

Because those that complain often get kicked out I'm leaving this review on behalf of those frightened of homelessness. My parents live here and I feel they are being taken advantage of. The original lease included water and mowing as part of the lot rent. Now they are receiving $200+ water bills every month because of a leak the maintenance people wouldn't fix. It's a very obvious problem that causes a massive wet spot. No security at this property and very few lights. People wonder down from the bus stop all hours of the day strung out on drugs or looking for something to steal. Frozen water pipes, rodents, and general lack of proper maintenance. This property needs a different new owner that actually cares people live here and aren't just trying to turn the largest profit possible.

Very few street lights, lot rent is 365 month maintenance is 45 month plus water they dont mow empty homes they throw everything in yard and leave it

RUN!!! New management is horrible! Rents keep going up and they do nothing! Promises made for rent increases to better the place and safety, never happen. The landlord could care less and lives out of town. Slumlord. The manager is very unprofessional and intimidates the tenets to the point of fear of being evicted. She could careless about the tenets and frequently threatens the financially burdened and disabled elderly. The residences are infested with mice/ rats and they refuse to exterminate. It is unlivable with rodents and disgusting. They are everywhere, no matter what we try to get rid of them. It’s simply awful. Theft of property! Many more issues that I won’t go into. There are better places for the same price. Keep looking!

I have lived here for three years and until recently was very happy. The manager is rude, unfriendly and very vindictive. I pay my rent on time and keep to myself. However, when trying to get some information or answer to a question from Sonia, all you get is a rude, unfriendly, unhelpful remark. Because I chose to stand up for myself I am now being kicked out at the end of my lease. I am a good tenant and I pay my rent every month on time, but I stand up for myself if I feel I am being wronged. The manager doesn’t like someone who stands up for themselves. Not renewing my lease doesn’t bother me in the least, because I had planned on leaving anyway. The original owners would mow our lawn at no charge but the new owners in the new lease said we are responsible. However, they sent a note around saying that they will mow the lawn for renters. When I texted to find out about it they went back to telling me we are following the lease. (Not in a friendly manner) . They sent out the notice one week, and the next week they say they aren’t following that. I questioned it and that’s where all the trouble began. I paid someone to mow my lawn because their mowers didn’t. Two days later I get an invoice for landscaping fee. They didn’t take care of my lawn, I did, yet they were trying to charge me. It wasn’t until I sent them a video from my camera that they finally removed the charges. So, if you are considering moving here, keep in mind that if you are someone who won’t be bullied, this is not the place for you.

I live here now and I absolutely love it. Quiet, clean and close to the highway. Mrs. Sonia is very polite and sweet and very easy to talk to!! I will be here for a long time! I love my tiny home!!
