Poor Wi-Fi services. Old washer/dryer. Increased prices. Dirty little secrets behind closed office doors. Police came 3 times: not all are nice! Bathrooms no privacy, I never used it after seeing a roach in there. Would not return. You’re lucky I don’t see them after being slandered I don’t know why people draw the bad people but the manager there she’s awful ! And you have to get on your knees to connect water connection deep in the ground! Very disappointing. Because they don’t fix anything. Too busy smoking, taking trips to Michigan to buy to resell. Need I say more!

cockroaches literally everywhere, awful atmosphere, manager had me feeling like i was back in grade school trying not to squirm in my seat too much. AKA she arbitrarily decides certain people are undesirable and makes their lives terrible.

Very nice people but only good for a day or two. A lot of Amazon workers stay there that you never see. We stay there to go see my brother. Bathrooms are okay and clean. No sport activities.

It is a very convenient spot. Basically a parking lot with many full timers. Many RVs were run down. But if you have to be in the area it fine. Very inexpensive and staff was nice.

The owner Jeff is super nice and it was super cheap for monthly rates which is why I gave it 3 stars. Otherwise…I wouldn’t call it a campground. it’s a gravel lot for campers. It is NOT A RECREATIONAL campground. It’s mostly made up of permanent residents and construction crews -which is why we stayed…husband worked in the area and coworkers were there first so we just followed. We kept our campers close together and kept to ourselves mostly. There were multiple dilapidated dwellings. One of which is a cargo trailer with fans stuck in the door and multiple tarps spread between trucks/trailers/camper. There are zero restrictions to “camping” there. Some campers looked uninhabitable but I guess paid the lot rent so were parked there. The washers and dryers were clean and the “clubhouse” was mostly clean…however you would walk in early mornings to unpleasant smells from previous nights activities. Again, Jeff was super nice and hand delivered Amazon packages and it was super cheap but this is def a place to park to sleep and def not a recreation location.
