This campground gave us one of the darkest skies we've ever seen. The entrance road to the park is being fixed so be gentle with your vehicle. There are trails around the campground and is a 5 minute walk from the resort. Bathrooms close by, they might not be modern but they were always clean. There is a slight sulfuric smell close to the bathrooms on Bay 1.

Beautiful campground and great place to stay. We enjoyed the place for 5 nights and did everything in the area! Lots of wildlife, hikes and beaches to enjoy! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back again! Only negative was the man hole near the bathrooms smelt terribly of sewage and if the wind picked up we could smell sewage in our site.

We enjoyed our campsite, it was nicely treed, so felt quite private. The washrooms were clean and large enough for our bay of sites. There was fresh gravel on the site which made sure it wasn't muddy, but wasn't so good for those of us in a tent. There was a fire pit so we had a nice bonfire. It's a bit of a walk from the beach, so we took the car as we had a toddler with us. Bicycles would be great here, as you could get to most of the sites nearby.

I enjoyed staying at the campground. We had a pet-friendly cabin for two people. Inside, there was a fridge, a sink, and a stove. You could take water outside of the cabin. There is a fire ban right now, and all trails are closed due to wildfires.

One of the best camping trips ever. This campground is awesome. Clean and well-kept. The site we had had fresh crushed rock (so maybe not great for tents) and was bottle shaped creating a very private area for the picnic table and fire pit. Bathrooms were clean and had well marked signage (see photo). I tend to get turned around very easily in campgrounds so I appreciated the sign pointing towards Bay 2. Showers were very large and well laid out. My one complaint would be a very low water pressure. Ladies with long hair, be aware. Great hiking trails in and around the campground. Beautiful scenery everywhere you look. Drive slow as there is a lot of wildlife. Close to a beautiful dog beach. Often dog designated beaches are the worst part of the beach. Not so at Sunset Beach. Sandy and easy to walk out into the water.

Very clean and private areas for camping. Washrooms are fine and I really liked the showers as they have a door for each one. The bad side was the beaches, full of algae.

My first time camping here, amazing! It was quiet. The trails were well groomed. Beach was nice no matter where you went. Has water tap to clean dishes, they have public bathrooms for men and females. If you want power though to charge your phones the main bathrooms where the showers are the best. The light houses ( both) were neat to see and little info box to read the history. This is only a tid bit of what gull Harbour has to offer should really see the little town as well it's its own thing to see.

Great place to go camping. We go every may long and it is a blast. Modern bathrooms, showers and private campsites. Tyete is always something to do... From hiking on the many trails to the beach to historic sites. There is a great playground for the kids and the adventures are endless.
