Hemlock Campground & Cottages

Our 5th time Camping here in 44 FT RV. Fit just perfect, sites are wide, private, very clean. Owners very helpful take pride in entire aspect of Campground. Close to activities in the Poconos, hiking, shopping in the area. Relax by your big campfire, in quiet seclusion!! One of the best campgrounds we have experienced!! Cottages, tents, pool and more!

I am 34 and have been coming here since I was a little girl. The owners are 2 of the most hardworking people you will meet and keep this place in immaculate condition. We love Hemlock. The all around look of the campground is adorable and such a perfect spot to take your family. The store has plenty of goodies for kids and necessities for camping. The sites are WELL MAINTAINED and the amenities are all clean and useful. Always a five star stay when we come here 😊 cant wait to go back!

The family has been staying here at Hemlock for about 6 years now. Their sites are clean and level. The pool is heated. The cottages are great. If you are looking for a family friendly campground look no further.

We were here for the fourth of July weekend. Level gravel RV spaces. Nice people. The pool was warm! It was an all around great campground. We will visit again!

We loved staying here, was very cozy and family/dog friendly. Great location! I thought the camping spots were a bit pricey as the cabins are very simple and offer few amenities.

The information on their website is incorrect and when I questioned them about the contradiction all I was told was “sorry we won’t be able to accommodate your group. They require a 3 night minimum not 2 , any weekend, not just race weekends as their website would have you believe.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend last summer and will be back again! The campground is kid/family friendly with an awesome staff. Everything from the sites, to the bathhouses, to the pool, recreational area, laundry room ect was extremely clean!

Cute, clean campground. No issues staying there at all. Pet friendly also. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a safe place to take little ones.

Loved this place. Camped in a tent space. All sites are private in wooded areas. Have electric and water if you wish. Showers have no heat in room. There are a lot of seasonal campers, that's how well loved this place is. I stayed for a night. Would love to come back. Apparently it's crowded in summer.

First time we booked our trailer for the season, this please is nice, owners are very kind and down to earth people. The seasonal people were very helpful and pleasant. The grounds are very well kept, woodsy setting so it’s cooler there then every where else. Pool area was nice, and had a decent sized pool. Lots of things close by to do and restaurants to try.

Let begin by stating the campground is definitely off the beaten path. You are somewhat close to the Poconos and the Casino Airy. Pulling into the campground is very tight. It was a little confusing on finding which building was the main office. Once I located the office the staff was friendly and checked me in very quickly. I was given a gate key and it was needed to enter and leave the campground. The roads throughout the campground are somewhat narrow. Some of the trees could be cut back away from the road and there were a few low lying branches along the way. I was given site #51 which is in the back of the campground. The site was all gravel, very large and plenty of room for my 30 foot travel trailer. The picnic table looked new and the fire ring was very large. The site was very quiet probably because it was Monday and Tuesday night of the week. The pedestal was easy to get to, but it did not provide enough voltage/amps. My power surge protector kept tripping just with my air conditioning on and my hot water heater. Let alone trying to watch tv or having too many lights on. Water pressure was sufficient and the sewer was positioned in the middle of the site. The bathrooms were clean but could use some updating. The campground does have a pool and some playground equipment for the kids. Wifi is available free of charge! We would look to stay at a different campground if we were in the same area. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
