Frantic Fish

Friendly staff. Nice playground for the kiddos, and neat river side camping with water and electric. I will say the camp sites are a little small, and you will be in close contact with your neighbors. We enjoyed our time here.

Experience and float on the river were great. About 3 hours the day we went. Kayaks weren't uncomfortable at all, and transport shuttles were quick and easy.

Great place, safe place for kids and older kids. Tess and Jason Henry are the best people ,owners ,host . One thing they will tell you no dump station this doesn’t change the ratings. Across the road too dump with a fee. Great fishing kayaking Henry’s has a service. Also New store they are building. The campers there ,clients campers great group of people. Corn hole Saturday…… has been a great time for all .definitely be back

My boyfriend, his brother and myself along with our 2 dogs stayed here for our first time for Memorial Day weekend. We felt so welcomed and so at peace! The sites are beautiful, all along the Pere Marquette River. Tess and Josh were very accommodating with everything! We will definitely be back!

This place is the best! My husband and I decided a spur of the moment camping trip after my dad died to get away and find peace. This was the best choice! Tess and Josh were both so welcoming. We have been back a few times already since. Already thinking of making a longer trip next year. Thank you for having such a great place to get away and be right on the river when I wake up.

I didn't have much luck with the salmon but this place is incredible! Riverside, family friendly, lots of fishing space with the riverside trail and from your site! Playground on site and city park (with more fishing) across the street and a boat launch across the the river and on site

We rented two kayaks from here. It was affordable and we had a great time on the river. The owners went above and beyond, very kind and friendly people! My partner had never been kayaking before and the man who drove the shuttle gave him some great tips. Near the end of our trip a storm rolled in and the gentleman from the shuttle came past us on his boat to check on us and the others on the river. It was completely unexpected and really shows how much they care about their patrons. Will definitely go here in the future when we are in the area!

This is an amazing campground with exceptional customer service. We enjoy our stay here. The owners were wonderful and the campground is very family oriented. Everyone there was so friendly. It is definitely a campground to visit multiple times! This is one of the cleanest and best kept ones I've seen the owners Tess and Josh make you feel so welcome.
