Very nice little campground located close to morinville (less than 1 mile) The rv pads are all fairly level, well gravelled, with well trimmed but small grass verges between units. The space between units is small, ranging from about 10-15' depending on the space. On site amenities include power, water, sewer at most spots, a tennis court, heated swimming pool, and small store for snacks. There is also a small lake with fishing, paddle boat and kyack rentals. The campground is fenced with card access gate. About the only downside is that the campground is between a secondary highway on the north side, and a railway south of the lake, so you hear the traffic and train.

Nice place to stay and close to town. They have a pool and other amenities to keep your children busy when you’re looking for a rest. The owners/ operators Adel and Dave are very nice people and are accommodating (I liked their service so much I am now storing my RV there, which is a fair deal with how close it is to my home). Look forward to my next stay there!

Stayed 1 night, campground is clean, owners super friendly and helped us out as we needed to get repairs in the morning. Had we not needed repairs we would not have stayed here. Not our typical type of campground. Sites are small, not much space to tie 2 lg dogs out.

The Good: Their office and park entrance were very well done with a cowboy theme. Very friendly staff. The spaces were easy to back into, lots of room. Short drive into downtown Edmonton with lots of shopping for supplies on the way back to the campground. The campground has a pond on the property that was very pretty with ducks laying eggs, which my daughter loved to spy on them with my binos. She spent so much time watching the ducks. They do accept Passport America during the weekdays, saved some money. The Bad: Not too crazy about the rails they installed to delineate each spot. It was a trip hazard and really served no purpose. All the services were too far back from where the trailer ends (the services are not to the side of the trailer's parking spot). My sewer connection was probably 15' from the end of my trailer, 2 hoses needed. My friend's sewer connection was closer to the side of his trailer, but it was 2' above the ground 😱 Why!!! They had bathrooms but they had plumbing issues and were in the process of being fixed. Two days into our three day stay, they had the bathrooms fixed but still no showers. The campground is located right next to a busy road and it was very annoying to try and talk with our friends sitting between our trailers.

Would not recommend. Right next to highway and the 'swimmable water' is a dirty dirty dirty. I wouldn't let my dog swim in it. Owners were not polite when questioned about the water quality.
