What a great luxury Motorcoach RV resort. And the fishing there is excellent it has its own private beach and Marina. You will not be disappointed. If luxury first class is what you’re looking for this is the place to go and it’s very reasonably priced.

We have been staying here for eight years and it ruined us for any other resort! The private dog friendly beach, the view at the infinity pool and hot tub, the covered outdoor kitchens, being a golf cart ride away from restaurants and bars, and within biking distance from Gulf State Park - I can't pick my favorite part. Or maybe it's just the greatest staff and people here. Who knew Alabama had such gorgeous beaches?! Our favorite place in the world. 🌴⛱️🐾🚴🏼♀️😎💙

Second trip to Heritage... We absolutely enjoyed it again. Lot 58 was excellent. Very close proximity to the marina and clubhouse/pool. Great views to the marina and water. We hope to be back again in 2026..

Awesome place all around. Site 22 has it all, water views front and back, everything for a great stay. Heritage has all the amenities, pool/hottub by the bay, marina, private beach, beautiful manicured grounds. The best office staff and on-site realtor to help secure your own piece of heaven. Perfect place out of the beach crowds, but close by, with plenty of water side restaurants, boats to rent.

This is by far the nicest RV resort we have been to and we have been to many. (Traveled for years) It’s a beautiful, gated resort situated on the bay (which dog’s are allowed on off-leash). The grounds are gorgeous, very private and serene. The staff( Justine) was so welcoming, always there to accommodate us and all of our neighbors were so friendly. You won’t be disappointed staying here.
