Autumn Gladden

Nice campground on Pomme de Terre lake. Boat ramps, all types of sites. Hot showers and flush toilets walking distance. I’d stay here again.

Great campground. Highly recommend. Primative camp ground was spacious and well maintained. Swim beach was very well maintained. Windy weekend with high temps in the 90's. Camp store was mostly ice cream store with very limited hours.

We visited in mid-march before spring really started. It is an honor system for your campground. Stop by the front office and grab an envelope. Drive around and pick your campsites and then fill out the envelope. Put some money or check in there and put it back in the Dropbox. The campground even in the ending of winter is still beautiful. It is wide and spacious with plenty of campsites and if you're lucky you can get campsites all along the lake for wonderful views.

Camped in loop3 which are tents only. No other campers in this section. Loop 1 and 2 were filled with rv's. Long line sunday morning to wash out their black tanks. Very pretty place. Great for kayaking

Excellent well-cared for grounds. Quiet. Spacious lots. Clean restrooms. Very attentative staff on the grounds. We found the trail very well maintained. It's a trail through the woods, so roots and rocks are expected. Saw a post complaining about that, but my husband and I are in our 60s and had no issues with completing the trail. It was well- marked, even at the beach area, so we never had to walk on the road.

we love this park, great campsites, friendly staff, good amenities, good lake & beach plus bike & kayak rentals… we always stay out on the peninsula with lovely breezes & wonderful sunrises.

Very relaxing and peaceful campground. The weather was perfect. Swimming beach was very nice. Our camping spot was very nice,no high weeds or brush.bathrooms and showers were well stocked and clean. There were at least 2 campground hosts there to help with questions about the park and the area.

Amazing! Had a beautiful setup for my whole family. Campground is very clean and cared for. Sunsets are the most amazing you'll ever see. Facilities were clean and we'll kept. Only negative for me was not a great shower head/temp to where I couldn't shower with hardly any water coming out could just be hard water buildup. Which my sister told me other shower stalls had good pressure and temp even during "rush hour" as I call it before bed. Just wish it was full hookup but overall a great place to stay! Well absolutely be going back!
