We just stayed here this past weekend, September 2025 and we would 100% go back!! The staff is super friendly, always saying hi, smiling and helpful!! The bathroom is CLEAN and so very nice!!! They offer free miniature golf, so fun and when we were there, they had food trucks each day... Our site was clean, spacious and everyone camping was so friendly... A must stay for sure!!

Cabins…mid. RV Sites…top rated! The first time we came we stayed in our RV and the experience was 100/100. This time we stayed in the cabin due to no RV slot availability. Customer service and cleanliness are way above par. They went the extra step to deep clean due to my animal allergy. I took some photos however to show the true size and layout of the cabin. I was extremely surprised to find the “master” bed in the living room area where the bathroom is. This was inconvenient for a family with a toddler who has to sleep with parents while older kids stay in the bunk room but have to pass through for…everything. To go outside, to go to the bathroom, kitchen, everything..you have to pass through the “master” bed. The only amenities were dish soap and a bar of hand soap with toilet paper and paper towels. Glass dishes too. No hair dryers, body washes, sheets, pillows, or anything else (which tends to be normal in some campground cabins). I wanted to post photos so that everyone is aware of the setup and isn’t thrown off as I was. Even still, it’s a 5 star experience and I recommend this campground to any and everyone. I prioritize cleanliness and kindness, and all aspects of this campground catered to that

The campground is very easy to get in and out of and located close to a major highway along with numerous attractions. The sites are large and level. You can be set up without feeling like you are on top of your neighbor. There is a nice pool with a splashpad along with an ok mini golf course. For pet owners there is a fenced in dog park. Catch and release fishing is allowed at the onsite pond. Food trucks are onsite most Fridays and Saturdays along with a coffee food truck Sunday mornings. They have a few scheduled activities on the weekend. The campground does not allow you to bring firewood onsite. They have it for sale in bundles for $9. We took along our propane firepit instead of purchasing firewood.

Nice campground with new buildings and updated amenities. The playground, mini-golf, pool and slash-pad were hits with the kids. We don’t fish, but the pond looked pretty and the kids that were doing the catch & release fishing raved about it. The sites are a not very private but the back-in sites were angled nicely from the road to make them easy to back into. The surface of the sites is gravel. When we arrived one of the breakers on the electrical pedestal was not working but a quick phone call the to office resulted in a maintenance person coming immediately to replace it. The water pressure was low, but by filling up our fresh water tank, and using that, we were fine to wash and shower, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The proximity to Hershey Park, the Conewago Recreation Trail and other Hersey attractions makes this a great option for a stay in the region.

We stayed at Hershey road campground for 4 nights and had a great time! The staff at the front office were very friendly. The campground was well maintained and very clean. We had a site across from the playground and our kids loved it. We went fishing at the pond and my kids caught and released 20 fish in 2 hours! What a cool experience! The pool area was very clean and the pool was heated. We cant wait to stay here again in the near future!

This place is very well taken care of. Many improvements over the past winter with all new cabins. The bath house was probably the nicest I have seen in a long time. Kids loved the mini golf. The playground was still being renovated but I'm sure it will be good when it is finished. Verizon Cell service was good onsite. Wifi was in and out spotty.

Camp ground is nice but the owner has an attitude against full timers. Rules changed multiple times during the season getting worse, to the point of only being allowed one vehicle. The camp ground has no overflow parking and you can't park in an empty site. The owner said it wasn't his problem.

We visited for a weekend in 2021 and had a great time. Spacious, clean, and close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very kind and helpful. We traveled with 2 little ones and a dog and they enjoyed the playground, mini golf, and doggie yard. (There's a fun looking pool and splash area but we visited in the off season.) Definitely check it out!

Great campground! This was our first visit and we were so impressed. Lots of space. Good size sites. Easy access to all amenities. The trick or treating was excellent including special treats from the camp store. The weekend was well planned with activities for all! We will be back

After staying for a weekend in 2020 Hershey Road Campground became one of our favorite campgrounds. When our house sold in June, we decided to live full time in our RV until our new home is built and are so glad that we were able to get a monthly spot here. The campground is kept very clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Kathy is so helpful with any questions and does everything she can to help people. The pool is beautiful and kept very clean. We tell all of our friends how wonderful it is here! If you are looking for a weekend trip or for a longer monthly term stay - you can’t go wrong here!
