I tried to make a reservation for 5 nights in their Cottage and was unable to complete it as there is no where immediately to click after you select your stay. After wasting 5 minutes trying to move on I looked somewhere else, I had to close my browsing tabs after booking elsewhere and only saw the continue button all the way at the foot of the page. Maybe have the continue more prominent and in the cart checkout??

We're pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to make a reservation online. The place was obviously well cared for and clean. The bathrooms are dated but very functional. It looks like a great place for family with mini golf and lots of room to run around, nice big playground. The community center was large at some arcade games. There is a large covered venue for musical acts would a large stage. We would stay here again.

We just finished a week stay at Hickory Hill CampGround. We loved everything about it. We felt that it had everything we needed. Michelle at the front desk was very friendly and helpful every time we went to the office (bought a lot of wood).... Felt the bathrooms / shower were very adequate for a campground environment. Pool was open and looked like it was being utilized daily. We didn't give it a try. During the week it was VERY quiet in the evenings. During the weekend, it picks up with the seasonal campers. Was a nice band there that played from 8pm-11pm on Saturday evening. We didn't even go to it as we just sat at the campfire and enjoyed listening from there. The only down side I found was that there was a skeet shoot on Tuesday and Wednesday that went from around noon until 9:30pm both days. But it was quiet Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. We plan on staying here the next time we pass through.

I love the campground. And Michelle is awesome! Only down fall, the sportsmen’s club next door. Tuesday night and I have to get up early for work. It’s 8:07 pm and they’re still shooting!! Have been since I got back to camper at 4:30 pm.

After a long day of travel, I was looking forward to being able to set up and relax. The site we were given was plenty long enough but barely wide enough to open the slides on both sides. The neighbor had a picnic table that was so close that I had to sit on it to connect the stinky slinky, and the entire area was a mud pit. I, like others, didn't see any disclaimers about the sports club next door. As a Veteran with a bit of PTSD the constant gun fire was anything but relaxing. I get it, you don't list something like that on the top of your amenities or nearby attractions. As others have said, this is probably a great place for the majority of the sites which are full with seasonal campers. We are just passing through and will avoid staying here on future trips.

Had an enjoyable breakfast brunch with friends at their campsite followed by playing bags game. Beautiful weather. However, due to the campsites being so close to each other, I probably won't camp here. It is a convenient location as it's just 30 minutes from home. It does have an outdoor pool.

What a great experience! Stayed 2 nights and we had a great time. Easy in and out with a pull through site (#7). Very well maintained campground with very friendly people. Our daughter loved the playground. The seasonal guests were very nice as we walked around admiring their setups. Can't wait till our next stay.
