Went for a game of golf. Beautiful course, super clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

We camped here for many years (last camped here 3 years ago). They used to have cable, wifi, golf carts to use for going to golf course, site garbage pickup. Owners are hard to deal with, staff turn around is high, there are no longer any amenities other than a pool. Sites are ok. Golf course is very rough and golf carts falling apart. We were going to try and get a seasonal a few years ago but the owners were so messed up and unorganized we decided to got to Southwoods RV park in Byron which is day to night to this place. We always had issues with booking fees and VET discount. Most of the seasonal people are great and share our thoughts....but they all live close to this park and are happy to have a rv spot. If your in a bind, its ok...but there are better options. NOT A KID FRIENDLY place as well. Not sure why the owners make it such an issue being good business people, the place had lots of potential. We camp Southwoods almost 30 days a summer and Florida for 90 days in winter. We are from Canada.

Great, quiet country campground with a beautiful golf course and party house.

Enjoyed staying here up until it was time to leave. If you travel for work and your job scope can change quickly don't count on the owner to work with you, paid an entire month to stay for 7 days.

Beware of cancellation policy. My husband golfs and stays here every year. We planned a fall family weekend this time and had to unfortunately cancel 5 days ahead. We were told we would be charged the entire amount for not being there. The nice spots we booked will likely fill before the weekend comes and in that case they are double charging for the site. Never heard of such a strict policy in our years of camping!
