My husband stayed here while working in the area. This park is nice and quiet. Sites are spacious, the owner is friendly and gets back to you in a timely manner. It is New Mexico, so what really sets this park from others is affordable, quiet, and a great owner!

My family and I absolutely love this park! It's small and quiet! Has excellent wifi. The spots are so very level it only takes a couple of minutes to set up the camper! I would most definitely recommend this park to anyone coming to the area! The price is very reasonable as well!

Quiet, wide spots, easy access. Away from major traffic. Good hookups. Crushed granite and concrete pads.

Great place to layover for a couple days. Very responsive, quite, very clean lot, level and very secure. Nothing fancy but but full hookups for $30 and only 20 mins from the caverns. Will definitely stop there again.

If you like a quiet, out of the city place to live this is the park for you! You're surrounded by awesome neighbors, beautiful scenery and the most spectacular sunsets! Robert (the park owner) is super nice and is always available if u have a problem or need anything. He's always on top of things and keeps the park clean and well maintained. We lived there for 3 years and if we ever had an issue Robert would take care of it as soon as he could. If you have atvs, there are trails you can get to right from the park down the road about 5 min. And they lead to so gorgeous mountain views! So if you're staying in carlsbad for a length of time stay here ! When we finally return this is where we will call home while in carlsbad.

Looking for a base camp to explore the NPs in the area, Robert (host) responded promptly (the ONLY RV park in the area to answer my inquiries) and had us set up with a site quickly. It’s a great spot outside town and was convenient with good cell coverage. Great for a few nights or long term stay. The host takes care of the site and is easily accessible by phone. We enjoyed our stay and feel like we made a good friend.

All you need and nothing you don't. Full hook ups with lots of room to maneuver. No pool, no spa, no ice cream socials just a clean place to park your rig at a great price. Very low key amongst a friendly bunch of folks.
