I have resided at HHRV for 5 years. About 4 years ago they changed management. I am very happy here. It is well maintained and this park is quiet. There is a garden area for residents, walking trails and a dog park. There is a laundry facility and it is kept clean and well maintained. The owners are constantly making improvements and are very accommodating. What I like best here is the nature. There are lots of trees and natural landscaping with a huge field to walk in. There are deer that come to the field every evening because the owners have a deer feeder in the field that goes off twice a day. We have fox, squirrels, a few raccoons, and lots of bird species here. I prefer to live here where things are left natural rather paved roads, void of wildlife and remind me of the city. It is close to several convenience stores and the city of Spring Branch is about 10-12 minutes from here. If you want to live in an RV park that is well maintained, with really nice owners, and away from the city environment, that has wildlife all around, then this is the place for you.

I have absolutely loved this park and am sad to leave. It is clean, quiet (adult only), each spot is Wi-Fi ready and the park is in a nice, secluded area. The people that live here, as well as the park manager, are awesome. I am new to RV living and this was a great experience. Could not have asked for a better place to begin this new journey.

I wrote a review in April giving it a 2 star review because of an internet issue. The issue has since been resolved and the internet has been steady. As to being fast, well, that depends if you consider 10 to be fast. But it is plenty for me to be able to work and do everything I need to do. And overall, it is average or above average for other RV parks. Trevor, the manager, is not on site everyday but as there is very little for him to do, it is not necessary. He is very quick to answer phone calls or texts and is very helpful. I like it here very much, it is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly and there aren't loud parties going on for those of us who have to work. The downside for some might be the lack of bathrooms and showers. But as this is a long term park, it is assumed everyone will use the facilities in their RV. But if you have a plumbing problem with your toilet and have to wait for a plumber, it would be nice to have a public bathroom for those "emergency" runs. There is one on site but it is locked unless Trevor is here.

This is fantastic rv park, not your typical cookie cutter layout. Very quiet well kept nice laundry room dog park even a gardening area. The manager is helpful and quick to respond to any issues if there are any. We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay here again when in the area

We've been full time RVing for about 5 years off and on. While this park doesn't have showers/restrooms, it DOES have a laundry facility, dog park, community garden and the BEST park manager EVER, Auntie Heidi (as we call her). She makes sure we're happy on all fronts, including park mass texts with updates/community park involvement, and any urgent matters like power outages when there's a storm. We get nightly doe momma's that walk past us every night around 5-7pm and mornings between 5-7am. Guadalupe River is 7 minutes from here, including Buggy Museum in Blanco, Farmers Market in Bulverde, and whiskey distilleries to visit. Quiet, NO KIDS (thank God), and no traffic noise. Highly highly highly recommend for full timers. For those that can't handle clearly laid out rules, then I agree with owner - not your Park. This isn't for partiers, late night drinkers, or noisy neighbors. We like it quiet, keep to ourselves, enjoy natural setting, help others when needed, and just overall common courtesy. That's all I can say.

Quiet location. Mostly long-term customers. This is a "wild" RV Park, not an engineered and manicured one. It will appeal to those of us who delight in deer at our kitchen window, and hundreds of songbirds in our lives. There are no paved sidewalks, or curbed driveways.... thst would be another type of park.. The few amenities (laundry room. WI-FI, fenced dog park, rented storage space, and spaces at a community garden) are well equipped, and professionally built. Usually available sites are limited, so contact the office to be put on waiting list.

Horrible experience. The management is too prideful to run a good park. The park is nice, but the management is disgraceful. My neighbors power shut off in the dead of summer and the management had the audacity to ask FOR BEER in order to fix his power because “that’s the least you can do”. She tried to kick me out multiple times, once because my cousin came to visit for a couple days, and then she made him very uncomfortable by forcibly hitting on him when requiring his criminal history report (that was $50 just for staying 2 weeks). My husband and I had been accused and threatened of being kicked out immediately because of using the wrong laundry detergent (which we didn’t), and also “dumping chemicals” down the drain just because of what my husband does for work (which, obviously, we didn’t). We got out of there as fast as we could. If you stay here prepare for a hassle by a drug-fueled management. These incidents are only a few of MANY. You shouldn’t stay here.

Great place. The RV Park is nestled in the natural enviorment of the Texas Hill Country. We appreciate the fact that there are no "short stays." As a result, the neighbors are familiar. This is important--especially for 2020 :) In the same way, Hidden Hill is both clean and quiet. The management ensures these traits remain.

I have lived here for 2 years and I love it here. It is quiet and the the mgmtis very good about the security here. Laundry room is kept clean and maintained always. You are able to have as many plants and lawn decorations as you want. Plan to stay here as long as possible. They also have a community garden and dog park, plenty of room to walk. The mng
