Hidden Ponds RV Resort was the perfect quiet escape we were looking for. The resort is beautifully landscaped, and our site was spacious with plenty of privacy. It's a very peaceful and clean park, and the "hidden ponds" are a nice touch for a morning walk. The staff was friendly and the whole place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. It’s conveniently located just a short drive from downtown South Haven, making it easy to enjoy the town and then retreat to a quiet spot. If you're looking for a calm and well-kept RV park, this is an excellent choice.

We were seasonal guests for 2 seasons. The park is terribly managed and has gone downhill a great deal from the 2024 season to the 2025 season. The lawn mowing may or may not be done on a regular basis. The pool is not kept clean and although it's supposed to be heated, it is too cold to use until the hottest part of the summer. This season, the rest rooms and showers were not cleaned and stocked regularly. The WiFi is not dependable. The only other amenity is a pickle ball court. A lodge building has been standing unfinished for 2 years. There are no resort planned activities, however, the owner is initiating a $950.00 "Resort Association Fee", per seasonal site, for the 2026 season. For the 2025 season, we paid a total of $7340.00. With the increases for 2026, we would have to pay $8550.00, for the exact same site. Considering the lack of amenities, marginal maintenance, plus the additional charges, we don't feel the value offsets the extreme cost. It's a shame because it could be a really nice park if it was properly managed.

Really nice campground. Great pad size, pool, laundry, close to South Haven and Lake Michigan. Quiet. Very clean. Friendly. Gated. They are continuing to improve but we would have liked access to a camp store and faster internet. Overall very good experience. If we could give half score, we would give 4.5.

This campground is popular with families and long-term visitors, most of them in large motor homes, and has plans to expand. It has many amenities, including a fenced dog park, pickleball court, small fishing pond and pool, and even an outdoor TV, besides the usual showers and laundry. People there are friendly — and we saw few mosquitoes, which was a blessing. There are some trees, but it’s not wooded. The thing we didn’t like was the price, which for us (one night) came to more than $100. It’s not geared for the casual weekender, but rather, seasonal resort stays.

If you're looking for an RV Park near South Haven MI, this is it! The sites are paved, long enough to park your vehicle(s), and wide enough for privacy. The pool area is really nice and includes an area for meeting up with friends. The campground is fairly new and they're adding additional campsites in "Phase 2" of their construction, which will include a clubhouse once completed. We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks and would come back if we're in the area. Highly recommended!
