I would give this company no stars if possible due to the out of this world exceedingly terrible customer service and communication. We have been waiting 7 months now for our home to be built and placed and when it finally is we are then told it will be yet another 2 weeks to a month before it will be ready and inspected and hooked up. For all we know come a month from now they will yet again come up with a reason to delay us further. They are a bunch of crooks that will make you feel like you are making the right choice but then use every excuse or mean ms available to make you want to not want to stay there. I don’t know how they got 4 stars unless it’s through fake reviews

We absolutely love Hidden Valley!! Its so clean and quiet and Kimberly was phenomenal! Every step of our home buying process was so exciting and easy!They are the BEST! 5 STARS FOR SURE!!
