Camped here for 5 days. Nice, clean place. The bathrooms were always spotless. It's a Decent size pool with an adult only hot tub. There's a great trail for golf carts, bikes, or just walkers. We looked at the weekend events, and there is plenty to do. We didn't order any food, but it smelled great, and people raved about the fish fry. We will be back.

This place is the most reasonable price in the vicinity and fun and quiet. Only minutes to Dollywood and other attractions.

Definitely coming back here. It's a very nice, well maintained and cozy campground. We were able to get a spot last minute since our other reservation elsewhere fell thru. No sewer at our site but we have large tanks and they had a dump station and we were not staying but a few days. Other sites have 100% hookups, but ours had just water and power. The laundry facilities are nice and someone left a puzzle to pass the time by in there, as well as there's books to read. They are expanding and construction is going on but it doesn't affect the camping at all. Nice trail to walk, ride bikes or golf cart around. Nice area with activities. They keep cool fun stuff on the weekends to do...we got to do the fried corn event while they had a DJ by the pool. Dog run is fine but seems small for such a huge park. Got to meet one of the owners by chance. These owners love their park and care a lot about you and your stay. And it shows!

This was the best KOA we've ever stayed at! The campground was well maintained and clean, they pick up your trash every morning. Two playgrounds, disc golf, a huge open green space for the kids to run and play. Pool area was very nice. Showers were very clean, laundry room was very nice. You can order food to be delivered to your campsite or poolside. Our site was big and I love how they put the fire rings in the ground with rock surrounding it. Little things like that make a huge difference. Overall very happy with our stay, we will definitely be visiting again!
