Best park for stay, camping or day use, peacefully and nobody is bothering you 👌

Great place to camp or just spend a day at the lake. There is a boat ramp, a large beachy area with bathrooms and a concession stand, lots of tables scattered around the shoreline, a put put course, and a large campground. The bathrooms are in good shape and firewood is $5. There is a baseball field and soccer field too. A great place to spend the day!

Paddled on my SUP from this boat ramp. Was ok. Not much parking space. Get there early and beat the boat traffic & wind.

First time here and loved it! Our spot was a little difficult to get into but we made it and really enjoyed the location and view. There’s a lot to do here, boat dock, kayak options, a little beach 🏖️ to play at, volleyball 🏐 and putt putt golf ⛳️ there is a small little concession stand here but it wasn’t open when we walked by. Playground 🛝 areas for the kids and lots of picnic 🧺 and grilling options. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely a wonderful park! We enjoyed the swimming and camping during a nice October week. Dog friendly and fun hiking. A great launch point for other adventures or for staying the night for camping.
