High Sierra RV Park & Mobile Park

This was a great little park with clean bathrooms and a clean laundry facility. The only issue was that they appeared to have guest Wi-Fi, but the password was not provided in any of the literature. They do have a swimming hole that the kids loved. It’s about knee-high for them.

Overall a nice facility, friendly staff. If bringing pets, watch for ground stickers; came home with stickers stuck in my 2 dogs tails. We had a site on the river; could kind of see the river, difficult access from along the RV sites ( have to go to the "swim hole" with minimal access between RV sites at the farthest end of the resort... Great location if going to Yosimite; expect long drives due to windy roads and posted seed limits.

We live here, it is beautiful and peaceful. I love camp fires, the smell is so amazing. We made friends with our neighbors and every month on the first, we get to have donuts and coffee in the club house. For Memorial Day, Our Office Manager barbecued and had drinks, it was so much fun! I played ping pong and enjoyed meeting neighbors 😃

Fraudulent business practices. I made a campsite reservation, later changed the dates, and ultimately had to cancel. The cancellation was made both by phone and email more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. I understand and accepted the $5 reservation change fee and the $10 cancellation fee outlined in their policy. However, instead of refunding the remaining balance, they kept the entire amount and issued no refund whatsoever. As a result, I have initiated a credit card dispute. I would strongly recommend reviewing their cancellation policies and billing practices carefully before booking.

BEWARE! Awful RV park! Three motorhomes traveling together that have had reservations for five months were put in very small short sites along the muddy sandy “creek“ that you could not even see because of the overgrowth of brush. Unfortunately we checked in and paid in full before we went to see our sites. The 25 foot and the 32 foot RVs could not fit. My 22 foot RV could fit but the sewer hook up was in the front of the RV site which did not allow me to use my 10 foot hose. It was so bad, all of us decided to forfeit The $486 each that we had paid and luckily got sites at another “true” RV park about 20 miles away. This park should not be on the list for Good Sam club!
