Disappointed that this place chooses to have a policy for only allowing small dogs at their campsite. They allow two dogs under 30 pounds. Seems a bit much. Don’t waste your time looking at or calling if you own a medium or larger dog.

Make sure you do your research before coming here. They have there only people they want here. When the real owner want this place to be a place for older people to enjoy . But they can't make the rent . When it goes up every year a 100.00. This was a place that was for us .

Great place to stay if you're going to the springs. Place was quiet, low traffic, and great service! Close to the springs if you're traveling there. They have the smallest dog run behind the dumpsters. have a mixture of long term people there. Analog tv cable. only complaint was free wifi. had to pay for spotty wifi, which was a pain to sign in different devices and cellphone service was intermittent there. (most devices in 2025 are wifi now) Good supply of local eats nearby. we did not try the bar restaurant located at the front of the park.

Dont waste your time and money. Staff is Terrible and treat you as a inmate in prison. You can't have family and friends over unless you pay 10$ a person and they have mall cop security guards who write you up for parking any where on site without a parking pass which you cant obtain after 4:30pm. What a let down for my first location I chose 2 take my camper for some peaceful living. Definitely not what I was expecting and I'm sure my review is 1 of many with same experience.

Service is absolutely amazing. The lady and gentlemen in the store were absolutely helpful when we dropped a phone in the water next to the dock. They were able to provide us with a rope and a magnet. Which helped to recover the phone. Thank you.

Love this place. The pool is fantastic. The food at the restaurant is great. The convenience to having a store , bar and restaurant there makes it so you don't want to leave the resort for anything. At the end of the road is shopping and everything you would normally have at home.

LAWSUIT IN PROGRESS Do yourself a favor and pay $100 less and go to Princess RV resort in Orlando. This place discriminates heavily against young people as stated in many other reviews. If you are not above the retirement age you are not welcomed. Even kids. I don’t want to go on a whole rant about my terrible experience but to sum it up, They watch you like hawks to find one little thing they can argue with you about even though they do it themselves. They over charge for electric prices. You will not get your deposit back. All staff is rude and talk over you and don’t let you express what’s going on. I am having a lawyer look into all of this fraud and treatment I experienced.

We spent two days here and it was very quiet and peaceful. The pool is newly completed and a gorgeous way to spend the day. We enjoyed walking around the park and stopped in at the club house/bathhouse. The clubhouse has a large room, which is nice for a get-together, and the lending library has a vast collection of books. The bathhouse was always clean and bright with plenty of hot water. The marina area is nice to sit and watch the water, boats, and wildlife.

What a lovely campground. Not a lot to do for kids but a great little gem for adults and this newly retired happy camper. Linda (office) and Mary (security) were so friendly and helpful. The newly finished pool is beautiful and the restaurant and marina on site are great additions to this campground. We will be eating dinner one night (at least) at the swamp house grill which I hear is wonderful and looking forward to our small boat tour on the water by St. John’s Eco tours that is coming up. Those reviews to come! So excited for the adventures and living the dream.

The park is peaceful and picturesque, the folks running it were friendly, helpful and accommodating during our stay. We stayed in our RV but we toured some of the cabins also...very cute and clean. We will return when we can!

Coming in to leave a 2nd review 2 years later 2nd boat rental and its a must. Did a 4 hr hour boat rental and dinner after and this time the rental boat was muchh nicer that I absolutely loved. Comfortable seats always so pleasant booking and quick check in for the boat everyone is so nice. Dinner was great, outdoor seating and live music Definitely a great place to get gator my 2 year old ate it.
