This is our favorite park to stay at in the Fort Lauderdale area. The sites are spacious & well kept. In the winter months the place fills up with Canadian snowbirds who create a magical atmosphere full of live music & dinner parties along with a social calendar bursting with lovely events like dance classes, poker, pool, various outdoor game tournaments, bingo etc. The atmosphere has always felt quite safe & peaceful. The front desk staff and maintenance team is courteous and always ready to help. The manager there is a class act and you can tell he really cares about the community. This park also has a really nice gym setup.

We had reservations, showed up to a pretty empty park. It remained pretty empty the whole weekend. Yet we were put in a spot that was too small for our trailer, didn't have room to park our truck, were right next to another trailer. Their office is closed on weekends. Besides that the water leaked, hookups are on the wrong sides. Would not recommend this place!

Gated, clean, and quiet. Really great location with easy access to beaches, grocery, and freeways. The spots are very generous in size, each with a concrete patio to setup your outdoor living space. Most spots have the sewer hookup beneath the RV so that’s a consideration for those who may be unable to crawl beneath their rig. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Was just ok for an overnight stay. Very scary to enter from a busy street and confusing due to check in at the park next door. Just an afternoon rainstorm and the park had flooding. It looked like many campers were there for the season. The amenities looked in need of updating.

Zero Stars would be too generous ! But the only way to post, is one very dim star. No control of the behavior of the residents. Some short stay people will park without regard to the neighbors. They can be noisy, receive a gang and party late, nobody to stop them. Some have very noisy Motor Bikes and can go around at any hour. Again, nobody to stop them. A complaint to the management will simply be ignored ! STAY AWAY

Horribly managed place and one of the worst we’ve ever stayed at! After hours check in was terrible for so many avoidable reasons. 1. NO SIGNAGE saying to check in a another park! Went around 2x (5 mins each) because of a closed gate at the entrance with no way to pull off 45 mile an hour busy road. 2. Found after hours check in envelope with 4 pages of rules and NO instructions on how to get to your site. Only a map that doesn’t show where the neighbor check in location to figure out how to navigate to the site. 3. Nothing saying no gate code is necessary at the Highland Park entrance next door (we waited around to ask someone coming in). 4. Unable to use the turnaround lane because a “security golf cart” and car were parked in that spot and making it too narrow to fit with a leaning palm tree on the other side. Had wife help reverse out in the dark. 5. Tiny site with “permanent resident” tent living space hanging into the assigned site. 6. Sewer directly UNDER the middle of the coach requiring you to crawl under your rig to hook up. 7. Water and electric on the opposite side it should be on and looking very Mickey Mouse with NO circuit breaker. 8. Loud trains woke us at midnight and continued through the night. 9. Sites way too close together packing rigs in like sardines and having the feel of a sad trailer park with make shift housing sheds and many cars in each site.

We arrived from the West Coast today. Got to resort only to find out we needed to check into another resort up the street. Got there and was greeted by a rude receptionist and a maintenance man who had trouble opening the gates so we could turn our motorhome around. Finally got to our site( which was too small) and began to hook up. Electric has no cover plate- sewer pipe broken Had to tell our neighbor to move his car ( because it was parked in our site). My best advise is to STAY AWAY from this place. Not maintained and not a good experience for us. STAY AWAY

Older park. Conveniently located pool and fitness center and laundry.. smaller sires and sewer connection is usually underneath the rv. Other connections are on the opposite side. Train noise nearby but that didn't deter me. I have stayed there and I will continue coming back.

After reading other reviews, I had some reservations about coming here. But this RV park was great for me. The level of maintenance was about the same as other South Florida parks in the same budget level. Sure, it needs some repair work, but the same can be said most other places I've been with good reviews. A plus compared to other places is its small gym, with about 9-10 machines, including two thread Mills and three stationary bicycles. In the Summer, though, you need to come earlier to calibrate the a/c since it was hot and wait some time The lowest it came in hot days were 72 degrees, but more if you wait long enough. Another advantage is the budget friendly rates they got, I got an Encore membership; so I appreciate the rate. The front desk staff was very kind and with good manners. They were always there for anything I needed. The place is close enough to Pompano Beach, a small but nice beach.
