I had a great experience for three months at least a spot number 29 right by the lake. Had a great time with my family beautiful resort and amazing management. Would love to come back some other time and enjoy the place. Just want to say thank you to the management resort team for a wonderful amazing and manicure place.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rv park was clean and well maintained. Felt safe and secure with the gate. Would stay again if in the area. We stayed a week it was a quite stay.

Stayed at the Highway 6 for almost 90 days. We felt very safe in the gated community. The resort had what appeared to be several long term residents, some clutter at some sights. Overall we were happy with the cleanliness of the resort. Staff members are very helpful.Great amenities. Very close to shopping and HEB. There's so many places to eat near by. Hearing sirens in the distance is common. Be prepared for a lot off traffic!

I really like the Hwy 6 RV staff at the campground and it is appealing nature inside the park. Great faculties and service inside the campground—high chain link fence, locked gates, lighting and staffing near. It has a lovely lake, club house, pool and uptodate facilities. The cleaning staff are the best, again very friendly and professional. I would like to rate the rv campground exceptional for these reasons. However,.the prices are fair but not exceptional for short term stays. It is nerve’s wracking and difficult to navigate in and out of Houston because of the congested highways and toll roads. The park next to the facility has great bike and walking trails but security and safety is a critical concern. It is not a place for children. Also, Dining out for safe healthy restaurants requires driving to other areas in the tedious traffic. There are good restaurants in several locations but none nearby that I found. One exceptional choice is Nick the Greek Mediterranean restaurant a few miles into the city. Great food. Otherwise I recommend avoiding the city and nearby shopping venues as it is a high crime area with very little police presence. For healthy singles or couples, it’s likely however the best choice in the area. Safe travels….

I’ve lived here for over 5 years and have also stayed at other Quality RV Resorts. This is a nice place to stay or vacation. The resort features a hot tub, a pool, and a couple of spots where you can grill outdoors. At the front, there's a small gym that's open until 10:00 PM, as well as a 24/7 laundry room. The main building also offers other activities and amenities. Recently, the resort added a small shop in the office where you can buy snacks and drinks. Just outside the resort, there's a walkway that’s great for walking pets or going for a run.

We stayed for five days while visiting family. The place itself is very nice, great water view, grilling areas with tables, chairs, a refrigerator to use and fire pit area with rocking chairs. However, security is lacking. Only one camera at the entrance and several cars can come in with one code entry or cars come in when someone exits. We had an item stolen which really shook us up as we felt violated! The surrounding area has many homeless people and some look to be high on something. I would NOT stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days and it was amazing! The park was pretty full and I was concerned about noise etc. I was shocked how quiet, peaceful and relaxing it was the entire stay. The two people who checked us in were off that day but happened to see us and got us taken care of in under 5 minutes. The drive to our site was easy with plenty of room. The lake and fountain was gorgeous. Exceptionally clean park. It was gated which adds another layer of feeling safe while in Houston Texas. Plenty of shopping near by, the walking trail right outside the side gates was so beautiful. My husband enjoyed watching the gators feed etc. He took amazing photos. The two workers replacing all the wood on picnic tables were fast, efficient and very kind. We will definitely make this #1 on our stays!!

We stayed at this RV resort for 10 days. It was clean and well maintained. I saw multiple staff out picking up trash and keeping the area clean. I used the gym, loved the rowing machine, and it was clean as well!! We walked our dogs and there are multiple dog poop stations. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!!

I will definitely be coming to stay at Highway 6 again! We stayed for just over a week. Everything from from checking in to extending our stay has been an ease. Rhonda and the team provide excellent service and hospitality. Very clean site, from showers to grill areas! The amenities are fabulous- everything from the pool/hot tub, 24 hr laundromat, activities room, a business center for remote workers, but my favorite...the stocked pond! Each of us caught at several good sized bass, right from our back-in lakeside site! Be sure to check out the golf cart rentals, dog walks and propane fill ups. Kid friendly environment. Respectful and peaceful.

This is our fourth winter at hwy 6. The park has strict rules which we appreciate. We have never felt unsafe at this park. The staff always treats us well. This year we no longer have our own RV so we have one of the parks rental units. We find it very satisfactory and competitively priced compared to other accommodations. The staff have always treated us well. Rhonda was very helpful in obtaining the rental unit for us. The adjacent trails offer good hiking and biking. We have family in Houston and will be returning as long as our health allows.

I had the pleasure of staying at this resort for about 6 months. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The park is very clean, quiet, and kept up. The ammentities make this place worth the price.

EZ and Kozy

The term "resort" is used fairly liberally here. More like "trailer park". Many full time residents, cars with expired license plates, a food truck that uses the outdoor grills as their kitchen. The manager is anti-mask and anti-vaccine, even though the Quality Resorts company requires both. The dog walk, you open the fence and have to walk through a four foot deep drainage ditch to walk your dog. Nice laundry room, though.

Our RV Trip

We’ve stayed in several RV parks n the Houston area and this place is the best! We’ve stayed here several times since finding it and always have a good experience. Clean, plenty of space between RVs, a great walking park right across the street. Family friendly and safe. We highly recommend! Verizon is a strong full bars LTE.
