I moved in a few months ago, The manager is so nice she helped me with my paperwork and in only 6 weeks since the property changed ownership there has already been a lot of upgrades and I’m hearing they are in the process of building new storage units. I really recommend this place.

The lot rent includes electricity and full hookups and you can choose your own spot just scan the qr code then pay then done , a good deal. Friendly neighbors . Lots of dog & cats poo everywhere. Lots of cats and they're all fat

Since they have changed the management, this resort has been so family friendly and safe. I have rented here for quite some time and am always surprised at how quickly any issued, if any, are addressed and fixed. The camper I was in had a leak during a storm, and I was provided a bucket to hold the water until they could fix the leaky roof once it had stopped raining. They also offered to help put up a tarp to help the leak stop while it was still raining! She is so kind and caring for all who stay there!

*Highly recommend* I’ve been staying here for about a month and I have zero complaints. I feel safe (single female). The residents are quiet. There’s a dog park and fishing pond. I can’t say enough about how great Kim is - extremely responsive, accommodating and hardworking. And yes, their WiFi works great! Great hosts. Yea

Used the dump station while passing through. It was easily accessable, but the hole is small and you have to have an adapter to hook up. I will most likely stop in again to use this service.

Its a quite lil rv park with a small pond and they are pet friendly. With the convenience of laundry mat on site as well as nice full size showers. Currently they have vacancies available.
