Yesterday I got caught on the top of the same hill as this place and trapped due to a flood and I went in here and asked for directions and sense I wasn’t able to get out and it was an emergency these angles gave me a shelter some blankets and food sense they thought we would be there a few days and I can’t say how thankful I am for these people they were nice 110% of the time the shelter was great and the people all around were extremely helpful and welcoming when I was making it out of the hill they told me to call them so they know I was safe and I have to say these are certainly without a doubt the best people I’ve met in life so far.

Great RV park and campgrounds! They also have cabins for rent. The event center is fantastic! Their fitness center rocks (largely other folks' equipment that you can use if you take care and put things back). Lots of activities "in season," lesser in off-season. Friendly folks, friendly long-termers. Important to add: There's abundant shade!!! And, they offer tent camping, and have a pool, and... !!!

Spent 9 days out of February 2022 paid for the month $390.00 they charge $15 to use a credit card, on the 9th day one of the managers came and said they don't allow conversion type vehicles to stay and I have to leave. Now they are refusing to refund and portion of the money. Will say the other guests are really nice

Nice place. My rig just fit in the space and the sewage drain was uphill so that was no fun. Water tap also leaked.
