We spent about 3 months here for a Travel Nursing assignment. Lot 65 was a great location in the park for our family of 5. There are only a few other RVs in the park, it is mostly mobile homes. Park is clean and well maintained, overwhelming majority of homes are in Good/Great Condition. We had great neighbors in the mostly quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool as it was the off season, but we enjoyed our time here. The office staff were fantastic and we felt welcome. The only thing that could have been better for us was if electric was included in the monthly rate. I understand this is normal for a park like this, and it wasn’t a big concern. We recommend this location!

Great retirement location for my in-laws, close to the Naval Air Station. Superbly managed by the best management team. Actually, they are rivaled by no one. We are very fortunate the folks are here because it is a well cared for area by caring people. Kudos to Joey & Brigette!!! Super people!
