I've lived here going on ten years its very quiet and a wonderful spot to live. To respond to other "reviews". I can't speak for the owners who are wonderful people btw. But Swepco is why the power goes down with so many trees around and its usually back up faster than others. The water does go down for a few hours about twice a year for Maintenance. I rent so if I get a roof leak I call and they fix it that day. Its up to owners to fix their own places. As for neighbors..They are as nice as you are so if your having trouble here maybe its you.

Lived her nearly a year and a half. The staff is rude and most of the tennant's are very rude and low class. The roads are in desperate need of repair, water tastes horrible and the electrical system is monkey rigged. Water goes down at least twice a year . Had a power surge fry the AC unit. Several junk trailers at the rear of property. Several other trailers have tarps with people living in them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's a dump !!!
