The park is improving cosmetically but the staff is no longer as friendly and welcoming as they once were. The new owners are trying to charge extra fees on top of the water bill which in Colorado is illegal.

This trailer park is old and rundown. The yards are not maintained, there are vacant trailers, and most of them are not in good shape.
