Stayed here several years ago and wanted to return. Booked a few days here on our way back to Ohio from Florida. On our way back a hurricane was forming and was projected to hit South Carolina. I know that their policy is no refunds but when I called to cancel because I was afraid of the hurricane and flooding getting me stuck in their resort they just told me, sorry for your luck but we give no refunds. Stayed at another campground further inland to rest while we stayed ahead of the storm. They were preparing for the potential hurricane and making sure everybody there was safe and prepared. Think I will stay where management cares about my safety instead of money next time.

Awesome RV resort. Well maintained. Friendly. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Guests and residents are welcoming to the community. Beautifully groomed lots. Awesome pool and amenities. Must stop into the Oasis Grill for a quick bite too. Resort is an easy bike ride to the beach and it seems the entire island is very dog friendly! Second time to HHIMCR and we will be back!!

This campground is absolutely incredible! It’s by far the best we’ve ever stayed at. Everything is spotless and maintained to perfection. The atmosphere feels so luxurious, and every little detail has been thoughtfully planned to make your stay unforgettable. We stayed there over the 4th of July week. They had Bloody Marry’s by the pool on Saturday. I thought that was cool. Usually the activities are for kids and family. This was the first time we see something for adults only. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly they truly go above and beyond. If you’re looking for the perfect camping experience, this is the place!

Our site 159 was beautifully landscaped, maintained, and well equipped. Resort staff were very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. This resort had the best wifi service of any that I have been to. I was able to use my YouTube TV without any problems. The only problem was that the online pictures and description alludes to full use of grills and fire pit. Although that was true, it's awfully hard to do with no LPG on the site. The only option was to purchase a bottle for $30. This is not reasonable for using the grill twice for burgers and steaks and the firepit once. Had the resort maintenance not loaned me a partially used bottle, the rating would have been 3 or 4 stars. This resort is worth every dollar!

This place is awesome. Every site is unique and with all the trees and shrubs you barely see your neighbor. Most sites also come with outdoor seating and other amenities, just take a look at each site when you book. Very close to everything Hilton Head has to offer. A little on the high side for RV park but it is well worth it . Driveable RVs only no trailers. Also, activities going on all the time at the clubhouse. We stayed in lot 127, with a full deck over a creek. Take a look at the pics

Oh this RV resort is a jewel! We have stayed at many RV resorts and this one definitely ranks in my top 10 in the country. From the landscaping to the pool to the pickle ball to the Yoga, it has everything nice. They thought of everything. They even have a Dog Washing Station. Very pleasant bike rides and dogs all inside the perimeter of the resort. Thank you HHIMR for a wonderful week stay.

This is a very nice campground resort. It very much has a long term resident feel with activities etc for owners (although anyone can join I believe). There are rules but nothing unreasonable. There is a small playground,basketball hoop and pool (although the heater was broken so we didn’t swim). The dog park is outside the campground which is silly and inconvenient. The campground is large so my kids enjoyed riding bikes around. Beach is a long walk or short bike ride away which is nice. I knocked off a star for the expense of it. Although very nice it is overpriced imo.

We had a death in the family which meant we had to cancel our reservation (which is over 3 months out... So they had plenty of time to fill the space with someone else), and they kept $50 of our money as a "service fee." It's a bad business practice. You're better off staying some place that doesn't hold your money hostage. We come to HHI regularly as a family, and we'll never book here again.

Very quiet and well kept. Roads are good size to maneuver through and lots are beautifully done. Really enjoyed our stay.

Welcome to paradise! This resort is great so many amenities without even leaving the site! Near a lot of good stuff easy to bike to a lot of places on the island 10 min bike ride from beach. Near a brewery called side hustle brewery. Wish there was more or a bigger hot tub fills up quick but that's how you make friends there. Also we like to sleep in and i think they blow leaves for 4 hours straight from 8-12 hahaha! Maybe slightly dramatic but we just don't wake up early. But would absolutely come back! Everyone was SO nice!!!
