Stayed here for a night last week and the staff went above and beyond to help me get settled in and assisted with challenges I had in emptying my tanks. Great location and very quiet at night too. Bathrooms were in great condition.

For an RV park in the middle of town, this humble little establishment is as good as it can get. So yes, there’s noise from the road. However, there are trees providing so much shade and the access to all the local businesses is stellar. But most importantly, the manager Rob is just phenomenal. Even though we checked in online (which is a stellar and weirdly rare feature for RV parks) he still warmly greeted us and offered to help us park, if we needed it. He gave us a quick run through of the best places around, and his guidance was SPOT ON (omg escobar’s…. Soooo amazing). He even gave us a homemade jar of his peach jam! I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with RV staff, so I had to go out of my way to write a review and sing his praises. Loved this stop… also really adored Kanab! Thanks for a great stay!

Clean sites, hot showers, grocery store gas station/convenience store all right next to the lication, plenty of fast food and restaurants in walking distance Very friendly and helpful staff! I came in late and had a van site reserved, got a late start in am and got back from my ride after checkout. But Rob was awesome to let me use the shower. Super chill, convenient, easy access. Will stay again. Thanks!

Rolled in on a Saturday afternoon and they graciously accommodated us and our traveling partners. They gave us two spots side by side by the bath house which is coveted for van travelers. Clean, friendly and centrally located. Not as noisy as you would first think either. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for a month and it was one of the most enjoyable places we have stayed. The campground is located in town so it was just a quick walk to explore anything there. We also had an easy drive to numerous points of interest in the area. The camp hosts, Rob and Edgar are amazing and gave us great recommendations (you were right about the K Town burger). They even prepared community meals every other week for all camp guests. Overall, it was a great experience that we were sad to leave! Hoping to come back again someday!

Cute lil park. Reasonable rates for overnight. The WI Fi is very good. The showers are much better than most parks. Very close to laundry and grocery's. Only drawback I could find is the driveways are a lil on the narrow side, but manageable. Overall, a great place to stop over for resupplies and rest while checking out nearby national parks.

They sell showers in addition to their usual facilities, so as a dirtbag who'd spent several days in the desert I was thrilled to stop in. The facilities were clean and soap was provided, water could have been hotter and the shower better aired out between uses, but overall very satisfying to feel clean and comfortable

They accomodated us the last minute, sites don't have much privacy but, friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean bathrooms, everything we needed.

This is a cozy, clean RV park right in town . Make it your base as RVs are close together, thus 4 stars. Only one shower along with 2 toilet stalls per sex,, but in an old charming building and kept warm. As of Nov 24, 2021, new managers. Very nice but new to the area. Across the street is McDonald's, across the street to the side is a very nice laundromat with a self-car wash attached. Great shops within walking distance. I stayed 3 nights. Would stay again.
