We pulled our brand new RV into this RV park straight from the factory custom made for my wife. We was there for about 3 weeks. We got an infestation of cockroaches. The whole back line of the RV park had them. They knew it was right about State Fair days. We had told them we had sprayed for them. They kept letting people move in. Other people got infested their insurance claims. They're not responsible because I can't prove where the bugs came from. It was a brand new trailer brought from the factory straight to their trailer park $50,000 I gave for it. Been fighting them for 2 months. Finally got them killed out. Definitely think about where you stay. It may seem nice but it might not turn out to be

Great owners. 3 yrs there and it was a very pleasurable and comfortable place. Excellently priced and very homey. If ever needed, we will never hesitate to return and call it home.

It's a quiet place. Site was level. The grounds weren't very clean. Looked like a petting zoo stayed there B4 us. My surge protector said there was an open ground on 30A, switched to 50 and no issue(A8).

Great little hidden gem of an RV park. Free WiFi that's actually decent most of the time, a little laundry room with showers though I've not used the latter. The owner, Kurt, is prompt with any issues. There is a train that passes occasionally, maybe once a day that doesn't bother us.

I recently stayed here for 3 weeks, while working in McPherson. They were very accommodating. My site stayed puddle free, even after plenty of rain. There was little to no highway noise. There was an occasional train. The train didn't seem to have a schedule so it never bothered me. There is also a great diner and bakery right across the street. Very conveniently located between Hutchinson and Wichita. They have very nice laundry facilities, but don't forget your quarters. The only thing missing wer the trees! I personally love to have trees where I stay. Unfortunately, this isn't real common because of the dangers to the RV roofs. I would definitely stay here again!!!
