Relatively cheap lot rent.

Nice well established park in Cooledge, appears well maintained, with a nice club house facility. Speed bumps abound, but traffic and speed is not at issue. We couldn't speak to inner workings as we were visiting friends, but it appears to be a nice place to live.

Older park that’s trying to make improvements.. curb appeal is lacking & office is only open 4 hrs/ day. Many older homes that need upgrades., open trash dumpsters that are an eyesore

Small town community feel to the mobile home park. Residents are friendly and make you feel right at home. The staff is knowledgeable customer service is priority with the management and always comes with a smile. The park itself has many first rate amenities, also there is always an event or social function (card tournament, shuffle board, not to mention the 4x4 off road club that has an adventure planned in the beautiful Arizona desert) did i mention the club house and heated swimming pool and hot tub? Youll always have more activities to keep you busy, involved and entertained. A nice place to spend your retirement years or just come in the winter months when it's -20 below and the snow drifts are over your head back in Minnesota, while the citizens of Ho Ho Kam are wearing shorts and riding bicycles to the nearby supermarket on a beautiful sunny 70 degree November day. While your shoveling snow off your walkway. See you in Sunny Arizona!!🌞
