Overview

Holiday Cove RV Resort offers a premier experience in the heart of the historic fishing village of Cortez. This boutique-style resort is known for its meticulously landscaped grounds and proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. It provides travelers with a refined atmosphere where the charm of Old Florida meets modern luxury. Whether you are looking for a short-term getaway or a seasonal stay, this park offers a well-maintained environment that emphasizes comfort and coastal relaxation.

Location & Surroundings

Situated just off the bridge from Anna Maria Island, the resort is nestled within one of Florida’s last true fishing villages. The surrounding area is defined by its maritime heritage, featuring local seafood markets and active docks. Residents and visitors enjoy easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway, making it a prime spot for those who enjoy being near the water. The lush, tropical foliage throughout the park creates a private, serene oasis just steps away from vibrant local culture.

Amenities & Park Features

The resort features a variety of high-end amenities designed for convenience and leisure. Guests can enjoy the large heated swimming pool or spend time at the clubhouse, which serves as a hub for community activities. Many sites include private boat slips on the canal, allowing direct water access for boaters. Other essential features include a fitness center, modern laundry facilities, and paved pads with full hookups. The professional landscaping at each site ensures a high level of aesthetic appeal and privacy.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

The primary draw is the short distance to the pristine white sands of Bradenton Beach and the various boutiques on Anna Maria Island. Nature lovers can explore the nearby Robinson Preserve for hiking and kayaking through mangroves. Local dining in Cortez offers some of the freshest seafood in the state, often served right on the water. For those looking for cultural experiences, the arts and shopping districts of Sarasota and Bradenton are only a short drive away.

Who This Park Is Best For

This park is ideal for travelers seeking a luxury resort experience rather than a rustic campground. It is a perfect fit for boat owners and beach enthusiasts who want to be close to the Gulf. Because of its quiet, upscale environment, it is highly recommended for retirees and couples looking for a peaceful coastal retreat. Those who appreciate a well-manicured setting with top-tier facilities will find Holiday Cove to be an exceptional home base on Florida Suncoast.

Quiet with flat spots and boat slips. Very close to AMI, plenty of other good restaurants in walking distance.

It's a decent RV park. The location is convenient for exploring the area, but the sites are packed pretty tightly together.

Extraordinary RV Resort! Amazing experience since we came in and throughout our stay! I would definitely recommend it!

This is a small campground with tight back ins but the sites are spaced very well with great screening between the sites. Pool is nice but small and the same with the laundry which shares a space with the very limited fitness room. But the location is what makes the campground. Walk to great restaurants or just over the bridge to the beach. My biggest disappointment was having a spot on the roadside. While there is more than enough privacy screening, the road noise is very loud at times.

We are staying with friends who have rented on this RV park for 4 years. Very nice park, with many trees and shrubs for privacy. Clubhouse has been refurbished since the hurricane. Our friends have made life-long friends here.
