My motorhome caught fire the day we arrived. Very helpful in putting fire out. However, it was totaled and we had to spend thousands, not covered by insurance, getting home, so we asked about a refund for the prepaid five days. Never took the site and it was moved to a back unused area. Wasn’t even holiday weekend. Owner refused to refund anything AND pocketed the extra $400 the insurance company paid for “storage” he charged. Asked for just the $400 extra he got and said certainly don’t want to profit from the tragedy of another, do you? Crickets since. Do yourself a favor and show your opposition to greedy and selfish business practices. Share this, don’t stay there and tell everyone to avoid this place.

Excellent campground with super friendly staff and residents. It’s set in a beautiful place between blind Sodus bay and the lake, in which they have a nice lake front siting area available. They also offer cook outs and horse shoe tournaments and a variety of other activities. They also just added a new dock set up so if you have a boat you can launch it from there and enjoy the lake and bay as well. They have transient spots and also seasonal sites available. I loved my experience with the park.

This was our first season staying at Holiday Harbor Resort and I can tell you it's a little piece of heaven. The owners have a site there and are nothing but accommodating. The other campers are all so welcoming and the gatherings they have are wonderful ❤😎 You have the sunrise on the bay and the sunset on the lake. Great kayaking and fishing, a very beautiful and peaceful place. So thankful we found it❣

Honestly the permanent site people are very rude that in the back. We camped at the "newer" sites in the back and the permanent residents were very unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome at our own site (that we also pay for) like it was our fault that the owner put in 3 newer sites that are actual really small where you can touch the camper next to you when you come out of your own. Also, if you own a big rig, don't camp in the back or the trees will scratch your camper, it is a tight squeeze. We also got talked to about non-driver license person driving the golf cart when we had all adults and 3 little kids (10 years and younger) that are not allowed to drive our golf cart. It is a very beautiful place but the environment was toxic. We are seasoned campers and travel all over new york to different places and this was one place that was very unwelcoming to newcomers.

First year here as seasonal campers. After leaving a resort for the past 3 years. What a difference. We love it here. Our 3 year old son and 5 year old daughter have a blast here. All the owners are great people and want nothing but a great time to be had by all!! If you're looking for a gem it's here.
