Great RV park - awesome service to get travel trailers parked for you. Spots are tight but still comfortable. Amenities are great - pool, hot tub and clubhouse with full kitchen. Walking distance to pier , beach and downtown Pismo.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at an RV park. Over a week prior to our arrival, I called to make a reservation and explicitly detailed our setup multiple times. The male employee who took my booking assured me everything was completely fine and confirmed the reservation (noting the call was recorded). When we arrived on the final leg of our trip, we were turned away. The same male staff member behind the counter claimed he couldn’t remember the call from a week ago. To make matters worse, the female employee working the front desk alongside him was extremely dismissive, cut me off, and refused to check if I could speak with a manager. When I asked if the direct cell number on the manager's business card sitting right on the counter was correct, she literally laughed at us—and then denied doing so when confronted. I called and texted the direct number for the manager, but received zero response or follow-up. There was a complete lack of accountability, professional courtesy, or basic empathy—especially disappointing with my 12-year-old son standing right there watching the desk staff behave this way. Doing all the prep work ahead of time meant nothing here. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

The pool and hot tub are extremely nice. They also have nice bathrooms! Our spot was very tight with our 33 ft trailer and our long bed truck. We had to unhook our trailer and they put it into place with a forklift. Could not walk between our truck and the trailer with the stairs out. Thankful we had friends come with a small truck and trailer and we switch where our vehicles were parked. If we have a smaller truck and trailer or a bigger spot this place would be great.

Can I just say, I visit my grandparents on the weekend whenever they come here on vacation. The park and its people are great. The ladies in the front office are lovely, efficient and helpful. I feel so bad for not remembering her name but the dark haired girl, big smile, i THINK her name starts with a J (but i could be wrong) always greets us so cheerfully. But this park has some heavily tattooed ding dong on a golf cart thing who almost hits people backing out and driving by, Every time we're here. My grandma said she thinks hes a janitor. She once tried waving him down to ask if he was alright and he sped past her without even looking at her. She said she'd bring it up to the front office, but i know she forgets a lot of stuff these days. The location: perfect, office staff: wonderful, park: quiet & friendly neighbors.

Other than spaces being on the smaller side this park is amazing! Clean, quiet and staff is friendly and helpful. Staff will help park you in the sites. Hot tub is clean and relaxing. Pool is resort level. Laundry room is clean.

Great place to stay!!! Family environment! Great company. Great service!. Great company.. Great barbecue area with a new mural painting! Alwaysenjoy staying here! Yeah, it might be tight, but there’s not a better value in Pismo. And the staff- we appreciate your help Best regards!

An RV park can't be better than this. Location, right on 101. Reception and maintenance staff are very helpful and customer friendly. I have honestly not seen customer service better than this. Restrooms and showers were clean like at a hotel. Fabulous place to park your RV and have a great time. Kudos to everyone at Holiday RV park

Holiday RV Park is like a can of sardines; everyone is crammed together to get the most rvs into the park. There is no greenspace within the park itself except for the small area of grass at the entrance. The facilities are nice (pool, restrooms and laundry) however, the sewer hookup is horizontal, not vertical as is normal. This made connection more difficult. There are not supposed to be any campfires within the park, but we noticed at least one campfire as well as the smoke. If you want to be close to the beach as well as your neighbors, Holiday RV Park will meet your needs.

Location, location, location. This is a full hookups campground at the edge of town, so easy to walk to the beach or any of the Pismo activities. Service was good and campground was run well with clean facilities. Dog park was a bit smelly. Biggest drawback here was extremely tight spots ( basically a parking lot) if you are next to an oversized rig, expect a little encroachment.

Location is great and love the pool and pool house that’s available to use. There was also a nice fire pit and barbecue available and on site laundry! The only downfall is the RVs spots were so close to each-other and not much room for parties in between. Very walkable location to the beach or shops all around, but no view.

Holiday RV park has a great, walkable location to downtown Pismo, the beach, and the butterfly Grove. They have a heated pool, all hookups, and nice new (usually clean) bathrooms and showers. They are pet friendly. Minor drawbacks include spaces being a bit tight / small (but that makes it less expensive than across the street) and the gravel instead of grass that gets stuck in your shoes and tracked into the trailer all the time. Staff are helpful and now the new manager and receptionist are friendly again.

Very tight accommodations for parking but we survived a week here it really wasn't bad. Close to the beach and all amenities you may need. Great folks that are helpful when you arrive. If your spot is too tight they will park the trailer for you. I would suggest staying more up front as you go farther back long time folks kind of live junky but it sufficient.

Very very tight for the RVs and management lets long-termed live real junky. Laundry facilities were fabulous and clean tho. Showers were clean but tiny. The plus side is that the beach is maybe 2 blocks away. The office staff are nice and helpful. They should lose a few spots so it isn't like a literal parking lot for RVs. They would still do well and the experience would be better.
