Not a hotel. 55+ mobile home community. Very nice.

It's ok More Mobile homes than RV's, but if you get mail, it goes to the office and open mailboxes where anyone can get or check your mail. The office sorts the mail. NOT USPS LOCKED MAILBOXES, AND YOU CAN ONLY GET YOURMAIL WHEN OFFICE IS OPEN. NOT GOOD WAY TO HANDLE FEDERAL MAIL.

Had a wonderful week here at this gracefully aging 55+ RV park. Simple, adequate sites, beautiful crystal clear spring water flowing along the property and feeding a natural 72 degree year round concrete surrounded swimming "pool" with nice seating and a beautiful lake with well maintained paths (with benches), to walk the Florida jungle. The mostly permanent and seasonal residents are pleasant, happy for conversation, and friendly at park events. I'm almost embarrassed to say they exposed me to my first karaoke night! We had a little trouble with our 50A electric the first night, but the manager and an electrician worked until after 10pm, limited us to 30A, and moved us the next day. A bit of road noise from route 19 but mostly quiet and serene. I think the cost makes up for any down side. We visited in a 35ft class-A motorhome. We'll certainly return.

This is a great Park! I make it my winter home. The park is Under New Management and they are doing wonderous things for our little community. The residents of the park are very close-knit and very friendly. The spring-fed swimming pool is now very well maintained and is very refreshing in the bright Florida Sun. There are many activities in the clubhouse to partake in should one wish to socialize. I love Holiday Springs.

Very clean, well kept RV park. Everyone from management, to maintenance workers to even the seasonal guests are all extremely nice. Jeff the maintenance man great at checking on us to make sure everything is ok. There is a beautiful tropical nature trail in the woods and a huge clean natural springs pool. So happy we found Holiday Springs for a few days stop while visiting family.!! Highly recommend

This is more of a retirement village than an RV park. The site I selected had the worst electric/water/sewer setup we have seen in over 30 parks. I could not reach the sewer line and it is directly under the RV. Most are on the side of the site but this one has a small house on the side, not another RV site. The bathhouse is newly updated and very nice. Laundry machines were not too expansive.
